Don't trust this service center. They know nothing about the cars they service. After 3 attempts of getting the wrong parts for me. They sent me a link to their parts catalog and asked me to find the right parts for my model s. Stay far away from this service dept if you want your tesla to last the length of your warranty. I was able to find the parts I needed but should take 3/4 trips to a service center to get the right parts. The parts where for a pyro fuse, which is standard build on all platforms battery packs. read more

A truly terrible experience. I had no heat in my car so they told me it would be $1200 to fix. That seems outrageous but what do you do in February around here? Next thing you know, they want to charge $2300! I declined the repair. I went in with 20 some miles. I asked them if they can please plug my car in so I have enough charge to get home. Nothing is done. I was at 12 miles and desperately tried to make it to a supercharger and fortunately was able to. Just terrible. read more

Great experience. Salesmen are not pushy whatsoever. Signing up for a test drive is easy and takes just a minute or two, and you can take one for a spin for about 30 minutes or so (on a busy day). Salesmen are very informative and they provide you with their direct contact info for any future questions. Bathrooms are neat and clean, all employees are wearing masks, and there's lots of hand sanitizer available throughout the showroom. read more

You would expect amazing customer service given that Tesla is a luxury car. But it's absolutely the opposite. We have a jaguar where a person is assigned to you who you can text with and call from the moment you drop the car. Good luck trying to get a person to talk at Tesla if you want to discuss options or anything. They don't give loaners or give Uber credit like they did transiently even if it's going to take 10 hours or 2 days to complete your service. The service is worse than Honda or Toyota. They should price themselves similarly if that's what they want their service to look like. read more

Stopped in at the Ross Park mall "showroom" if it's to be called that. My 15 year old likes Tesla, for some reason (he also likes Lambo's, but that ain't happening...), and his 16th birthday is this year. The fellow that helped us ran through the model and feature options, explained the timeframes to expect, and overall was effective without being pushy or aggressive. The on-screen build process was interesting...not the way this old guy is used to car buying, to be sure. We left with a good understanding of the process and what to expect. We had a great experience when picking up our Model 3 this past September. The staff were all very friendly and efficient during the finalization of our contract, and we found the process to be fairly easy to navigate. Our experience with learning the controls / layout was flawless. We are considering a second Tesla vehicle in the near future, and look forward to another good experience with them at this location. After 4 years of owning a Tesla and using this service center, I have never *ever* had a good experience here. Every single task turns into a 6-hour delay at minimum. At the moment my car is in service to replace a seat sensor: it's on day three and they aren't sure they'll have it done by day four. A seat sensor. But here's the thing: this is a Tesla--and its app will report exactly where the car is. So I can see that my car is spending 6h-7h per day sitting in the parking lot--despite this being scheduled work: an appointment for a time slot that the Tesla center proposed. read more

Worst new car buying experience of my life! I have purchased about 20 new cars in my lifetime, so I understand the process. After waiting over 8 months for my ordered new car, I had a 2 day window in which to pick it up. The date was wasn't anywhere near the original delivery date (May 1), but I was given less than a week to select a delivery date. I have to be out of town for 3 days of the month and the only dates I can pick up the car is during the dates that I am out of town. There is no wiggle room. If I don't pick it up during those 2 days, they get to keep the car!!! I truly believe that this is a scam to keep my car so they can sell it for a profit!! They of course deny this-but beware! While out shopping at Ross Park Mall I wondered inside of the mini Tesla showroom to take a look at the Model X SUV that was on display. I must say that I really, really liked it. I then signed up to receive information emailed to me and went on my way. A month or so past and I received an email inviting me to come out to the dealership in Wexford to test drive the Model X. Once I picked a date I received a call from Andrew at Tesla telling me what days and times were available and asked about which Tesla I was interested in. I was initially only interested in the new Model 3, but wanted to check out the Model S and X as well. Later the same day I received a conformation email from Tesla. A few days later I received an email from AnuPriya an Owner Advisor with Tesla confirming my appointment with her and let me know about the current inventory and available interest rates. And asked about what colors and options I was interested in and if I would be trading in anything. Once I arrived at the dealership in Wexford I was really surprised as it is quite different from the average car dealership. One Model S and one Model X on display next to a wall with a solar panel and a Powerwall with a touch screen to simulate how many Powerwalls would be needed for your home depending on how many bedrooms you have and how much power you use at night. Meaning you charge the Powerwall(s) with solar panels on your roof during the day and you get free electricity at night for your electronics and to charge your Tesla. A few minutes later AnuPriya introduced herself, made a copy of my license and took me outside for my test drive. A really cool feature of the Model X is that as you approach the vehicle the drivers door automatically opens for you and once inside just put your foot on the brake peddle and the door automatically closes for you. Another cool feature is the Falcon Wing Doors for second and third row passengers. They can be opened in even the tightest parking spaces. The Model X can even self park itself in either a parallel or regular parking space. You can get a Model X with 5, 6 or even 7 seats and the second and third row can be folded down for extra cargo space. Since there is no engine you have a frunk in the front of the car for even more storage. Once we pulled off I could not believe how quite the car was. Not a sound as there is no engine. We then merged onto the highway. Once on the highway AnuPriya showed me how to engage the Auto Pilot feature which is designed to keep you in you lane and will even steer the car for you. Teslas are like smartphones as software updates are pushed out regularly. One exciting new feature coming is full self-driving. With full self-driving you will tell the car where to go using the navigation system and the car will drive you there and once you reach your destination you will get out and the car will go park itself. Looks like the Jetsons have finally made it to reality! On the highway on our way back to the dealership I fit the right turn signal and the Model X switched to the right lane on it's own. Once we arrived back I asked AnuPriya if she had time to let me take the Model S out on a test drive. She did so we took it out on some windy back roads. It's nice, but needless to say, I am in love with the Model X! Once inside AnuPriya helped me configure what my Model X would look like and what features I wanted as well as what battery size I would chose. Once done she emailed me everything and the introduced me to Suzi the Energy Advisor who was able to pull up my house on Google Maps to see where the best section on my roof would be to put solar panels. I will be meeting her in the future for a more in depth analysts. I never really though about going green until now. Who knew going green could be so cool? read more

I like my Tesla Model 3 LR but I am deeply disappointed by Tesla service. My Model 3 is only 6 months old and I got a bubble in the sidewall on the passenger side rear tire. Roadside assistance is prompt but in order for them to tow your car you must agree to the estimate ahead of time $175 to fix or $375 to replace. Since I thought this was a manufacturing defect I did not agree and drove the car approximately 15 miles to the Tesla Dealership in Bridgeville,Pa. At the dealership they told me that they do not handle manufacturing defects so I either had to drive the car to another tire shop (at my own risk) or buy 2 new tires for $777 dollars installed. $310 per tire, $100 to install, plus taxes and fees. I only have 12k miles on the car and the rear tires were at 4/32. These same tires can be bought and installed for less than $600 at discount tire. And you can get even better ones for less $500 with a 60k mileage warranty! But I didn't want to chance the trip since the car was already shaking so I begrudgingly agreed. The dealership never told me there was a warranty on the new tires I found that out by calling Continental tire (40k). Also, they fill the tires with something and that glue substance was all over the wheels and they did not clean it off. I had to buy GooGone to get it off! There is also no one to call to voice your frustration. Everything must go through text on the mobile app. So if you are unhappy or have a question you are at the mercy of mother Tesla. read more

The stuff just humiliates you, don't fix your car, and tell you to leave, while they hostage your vehicle. Service guy cursed on me and told be to go home. It's also faster than a BMW M3, with better handling accordingly to MotorTrend and multiple other car magazines. Those two facts alone are enough for anyone in the market for a luxury sedan. Starting price for a SR+ model 3 is $38K and that gets you 240 miles of range. Higher end models are 325 miles of range. You drive out of your drive way with a full battery every morning. Best Car and ride for the money - Long term cost of ownership is comparable to a lower priced Honda or Toyota. The decision to buy a model 3 or Model Y is a no brainer for anyone considering that kind of vehicle in that price range. The control and handling of these vehicles are impressive. The S is a mind blowing ride - just above my price point. I'm tired of pumping gas like a servant for the oil barons. Waste of time. Also I will enjoy not wasting so many trips to the garage for oil changes and other ICE maintenance this car will never need. Took a test drive in two different occasions. Wow! The tech in these cars is amazing. The Model 3 is completely controlled by a touch and voice command computer similar to a large ipad. The auto pilot was almost scary to see as it drove me without my touching the steering wheel or gas\ brakes. Definitely my next car. read more

Horrible thought this would be different from Chevy and Ford car dealerships it is but barely! Bought a brand new car there 5 miles on it never even got it out of it deliver Bay mirror was broken waited all day till almost closing for them to fix it didn't get it fixed had to take home a loner told me they were delivered to me the next day. They called me the next day one minute before closing to tell me they were not bringing my car to me that I just paid $85,000 for because while fixing the mirror they scratched it would not be fixed for a week (come on what they scratch it with a 16 lb sledge hammer) here it is a week later 4:18 p.m. I still don't have the car! Also included equipment on the Car Smart air suspension which I was led to believe that it had on all 2017 models ( says it on the website) it doesn't! Everyone has free will to make their own choice but I would advise finding another dealership unless you like a lot of Hassle and lies!
