There has been no need for rework or problems afterwards. I appreciate the SPF protection provided by the quality XPEL tint. While there I asked about tinting a panoramic all glass roof for a different vehicle. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and explained why it should not be done, while other tint shops at that time were willing to do it. Also, please note that window tint laws are not direct. What the states publish are guidelines, since there is also the laws intent to work off of. This means that if it says you can't tint front windows, courts in certain states will allow it if it's a light tint, that one can see through.

Phone call after phone call, message after message, with no answer or reply. The message on his phone is no longer Sunrays. It has some woman and only her name on the message. I finally got a hold of him and scheduling was a nightmare. He couldn't do the work until nightfall. Then the quality was awful. Now I can't get him to honor the lifetime warranty and replace the tint that was done so poorly. I don't know what happened, but Sunrays has gone to s**t. It's like he doesn't care. I won't recommend this place anymore. It is a shame. How the mighty have fallen.

I went into this with some trepidation however after meeting James, he made me feel confident enough to let them do the job. The shop looked clean and organized. Front windshield, 70% (Looks almost clear, no problems night) Front Side Windows 55% (Should not attract the law) They were punctual and completed the job in the timeline they gave me (just under 3 hrs). The tint came out perfect. There were a few tiny bubbles that disappeared after a few days. Again, perfect. Wow, very impressed and very happy with results and do not hesitate to recommend.

I was advised my car would not be done until 4:30-5:30. Okay. No problem I was dropping off before work and planned to pick up after. I was quoted both a cash price and card price. Okay. My car was ready at 11:30 am, due to a cancellation on their schedule. No problem again. I am flexible but I couldn't pick up my car until 3:30 the earliest. They offered to leave my keys in the car and I could pick it up in there lot. ...okay. Mildly concerned about the safety of my car, but I agreed. Again I'm flexible. But by doing this I was forced to pay with a card, now it wasn't a terrible fee but at this point, I'd dealt with so much confusion about appointments and times I was mildly annoyed. So bottom line, the work quality is great. I'm happy with the job and the cost of the work itself. I just think the customer service aspect falls a little short.
