    Recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Anthony Gonzalez. Such a knowledgeable and helpful sales man. Truly appreciate everything he did to make this deal happen. He was constantly following up with me to make sure I was aware of everything going on with the car, from service, to updates on tires and brakes. Less than a week from seeing the truck to leaving home with it. Great service, great car! Thank you Ant!!!!

    I took my father's 4Runner in for routine maintenance in July. Had oil change, rotate, brakes front and rear, and I believe fluids changed. Everything was great. Even gave me a loaner. Then today my father gets out to his car from driving home and one of his wheels lug nuts all came off. He has special tires and rims which I told the advisor NUMEROUS times that the lug nuts need to be torqued at a specific pound and they assured me it would be done. No one has touched his car since this service. He was on the highway just five minutes before this happened. He could have been seriously hurt. Absolutely ridiculous. What's the point of telling service centers specific things if they aren't going to listen?

    This place sucks and the service sucks for some of the workers and people on this team working at this Toyota dealership! The Technician (Tech) just didn't do his job! Technician named is: J. Dobaczewski. The Service Advisor did not check the work of the operating and technical personnel. He didn't make sure and didn't do his job either. Service Advisor Name is: Ronnie Williams. This service was not professional. Sludge is full. I didn't get the service I paid for. I did a full inspection and inspection of my car at this location. I paid money, including for the replacement of the wiper blade on the windshield. I paid for this service: $41 without taxes. After receiving the car, when I left this ill-fated place, the mountains of Toyota Service, I saw that my cleaning brush was old, broken, and they didn't even replace it. That is, this dealership is a Toyota dealership, the workers from this place had the audacity to just take money for air. My experience was terrible! Although I was the first time in this place! In the end, the cashier on my card, a guy more like his name: Ronnie Williams, charged even more money, about $ 5 more than what was on the final bill! As I was paying, this Ronnie Williams, snatched the cash register right out of my hands, even though I was about to mail myself a receipt for the payment. About your work and all your service in general. I visited your car dealership today on Tuesday March 7, 2023. My scheduled visit time is 2pm. I was in your salon today. I had an appointment for 2pm. I paid you for a full service including an oil change, a windshield wiper blade and a cabin filter. Based on your work, upon receiving the car, I discovered that the wiper blade on my windshield was old. I mean, I paid money but your dealer didn't replace it. And I still have a broken rubber band on the wiper blade on my car's windshield. Also I am not satisfied with your service and the quality of your service. I am attaching a photo of only one detail. For this reason, I will contact my bank and cancel this transaction. I'll have to check all the other work I paid my money for, because I'm not at all sure that this car dealership has done its job. I think these workers again made a mistake and missed and did not check the work of this Technician who supposedly did his job for which I paid my money. A couple of minutes ago I opened the hood of my car to make sure what was going on inside at all after your service at your Towne Toyota dealership. And I discovered another very unpleasant detail about all your yesterday's work. Namely, your tech mechanic didn't even add the rest of the fluids that my car needs. The photographs clearly show that the measure of these fluids is absolutely below normal. When I gave my car away, I once again told your front desk girlfriend that I needed a full service, including checking all other fluids, except for engine oil.     We love our new 2024 Sienna and are so blessed to have Goksel Aksoy as our car sales associate. He is easily the best salesman I've ever met. He is very nice and made our experience very pleasant. Thank you very much Goksel. For that, we will choose Towne Toyota for our next vehicle.

This would cost about $200 with tax, after which I received a laundry list of items they felt would be needed to be fixed - wipers, cabin filter, alignment, coolant change, valve cover gasket, brake fluid flush, trans service amounting to $1975. Plus, of course, $943 for the 2 sensors which I wanted to have replaced. These 2 oxygen sensors by Bosch, on-line, cost under $100 each. Wipers had been replaced not even a month ago. This casts doubt on the whole list they "suggested" needed to be fixed. Please be careful when bringing your car in here. He will try to upsell you a laundry list of what he wants to do to your car. Whether your car needs it or not is debatable.

    As a first time customer, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and chose this business out…read moreof convenience because they offered online appointments and had good reviews. I noted I just needed an oil change on the online intake form as well as on the drop off envelope when I brought my car in after hours. At first I was impressed with the quick scheduling (next day service) and text updates/reminders this morning during my appointment slot. I was then sent an inspection report of all their findings that needed future or immediate attention as well as everything that was in good working order (I didn't ask for this, just an oil change). I called to ask for a quote on everything they were recommending since some of the report findings were concerning, which I received quickly. I assumed the oil change I requested was complete by this point and it was just a matter of looking at all the other issues and making a decision on next steps. I asked that they include the oil change service on the quote for my visibility and they did. When I started reviewing the quote I almost fell out of my chair when I saw the oil change at the top of the estimate. How in the world does it cost $166 for an oil change?! I've NEVER paid this amount for a single service in the 12+ years I've owned this car, not even at a dealership. I drive a 2009 Toyota Yaris with less than 100K miles, not an SUV, truck, or luxury car... a Yaris. At most I've paid $75 and even that was on the high end. Once I saw the cost of the oil change and paid, I decided I will never return to Automotive Magic or recommend them to anyone. The cost of the service was outrageous. I believe there are some things listed on their report that need attention, but I'll never give any more money to this business after feeling completely ripped off. I know a few garages up the road from me that are reputable, reasonably priced, and have done great work in the past on my car, they just don't have the online convenience which I can deal with from now on if price gouging is the alternative.
