Finally made it to the new Teso Life near me! I have never been to one and it was fantastic! It's Iike IKEA meets Sephora meets the Japan Pavillion at Epcot! There is less food selection than H Mart and no food court, but they do a selection of drinks and snacks. A big portion has skin care, beauty, housewares and much more. I will definitely return for more!

Great if you are looking for snacks, gacha, blind boxes or beauty supplies and next to a lot of great restaurants.

Amazing store for Japanese products and novelties! They have everything from makeup, to kitchen items, to ramen, but I was most excited about the green apple Fanta drink; I tasted it at the World of Coca Cola last year and I've been on the hunt for it ever since. So glad to finally fin it here, along with Oreo flavored Coke (can confirm, the flavor name is accurate). The toys and novelty items are also a great draw. Prices and selection are much better here than at typical chains or the import stores you will find in a mall. I'll be back; gotta venture OTP to get my green apple Fanta fix!

When you walk into Teso you walk into Japan. A different world, a different feeling. It's a mix of Asian brands, stationary items, the hottest facial items in Asian at the moment, food, games and much more. A one stop shop for all things Kawaii!!! Decently priced and pretty packed Everytime I go. I have found some of my favorite candy there just strolling the lines. Every time I am in the area I crave to come in! Stop in and be sucked into another world!

Teso in Atlanta, super cute. They have all kind of Japanese and Korean stuff. If you are looking for blind boxes, they have plenty.

Teso Life is still a very great location to shop at. They have claw-games, toys, and very useful household items! Unfortunately I have to say that I am beginning to see a decrease in the quality of their customer service. Especially for the cashier area. I tried to return some items I bought the same day, just a few minutes ago, I was told "no." (If you're wondering why, it is because I was short of $10 away from one of their freebie packs, therefore I asked if I can just add 10 tokens to my total or refund everything and have them recharge me with the 10 tokens to meet the minimum total.) Upon me asking why, the girl at the front said there is no refund... despite there being a sign that states a 14-day refund policy. Long story short, she had to call a manager to the front, and just for the manager to decide on just charging me 19 tokens and provide me with a freebie bag. Quite literally a solution I've provided to the girl. Either way, despite the entire situation being mishandled, I told her "sorry for the troubles, but thank you" just to be met with a cold shoulder. At this point, this entire interaction just made me feel like Teso does not really train their employees and that I should seriously consider other lifestyle stores.

Hmm. I wonder how this tastes.

While in GA we decided to visit Teso - great item selections and the staff was nice and pleasant. We grabbed a few figures and skin care.

I didn't get a chance to try the claw machines but there's a few with lots of different prizes in side.

I like that…read morethere are other stores around that also have unique, specialty items, so you could make a day of browsing this shopping center and eating out. I like coming around Halloween and Christmas, though it is crazy to do so and parking is pretty bad for TJ Maxx if you are trying to get close to the store. However, I have been lucky to find close stalls both times I've come. I found a new mug which I needed, hand soap on clearance, a new sugar free coffee syrup on sale, and priced some other items that I might get next time for my bathroom and for journaling. I love TJ Maxx and Ross type stores, even though the variety and selection can be overwhelming at times. I just want to pick everything up and smell all the soaps and candles, etc. These are never the most organized kind of stores, but this particular store is better than some I've been in. The customers and workers were nice here. Lines were long as to be expected with the holidays but definitely not unbearable. I'll continue to come back for essentials and fun finds alike.

The prices aren't good, they have damaged purses selling at $150, they should be clearanced but are not. They don't put clearance in one area, they are scattered throughout the area they belong in. Except the housewares, office kitchen supplies which area. They've put all those clearance goods in one area where they are piled upon each other damaging each other and falling across the floor. Employees seem to exist only at the registers. (I feel bad for them.)

I always felt like I had to dodge people left and right whenever I walked down any aisle. The stock here is not bad. They have everything from electronics to grocery to home goods. Today is the 26th, so I returned it for an exchange. Explain to me why the associate opened the brand-new replacement item in front of me after scanning my receipt and processing the exchange. I have never heard of anything like that before. When I asked why they were opening the new item, the associate stated that it was because it was an exchange and claimed it was "their policy." I know that is not standard everywhere. If a product is defective, and I purchased it legitimately with my receipt, I absolutely have the right to exchange or return it within the return window. The item wasn't even 48 hours old. Another employee then came out of the office while I was trying to understand why this was being done. The entire interaction felt rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional. This is exactly why I prefer shopping at stores other than Walmart because there always seems to be unnecessary issues and confusion. This location on Pleasant Hill Road seriously needs improvement, not just with returns and exchanges, but with customer service overall. Half the time employees do not know where products are located when customers ask for help. Compare that to stores like Publix, where employees will actually walk customers to the aisle to help them find what they need. A customer should not have to deal with nonsense over a simple exchange for a defective product that was just purchased. It makes no sense and creates an unpleasant shopping experience.

From the moment I walked in, it felt like there was something for everyone -- clothing stores, specialty shops, attractions, and more food options than I could count. What really stood out to me was the variety. Whether you're into fashion, sneakers, home décor, pop culture collectibles, or just window shopping, this mall has it all. Even after nearly two hours of walking, I'm pretty sure I only covered about half of it. There's just so much to explore that it's impossible to take it all in during one visit. The food court was another pleasant surprise. It's clean, spacious, and full of options -- from quick bites to hearty meals. Everything looked fresh, smelled amazing, and there was plenty of seating even during busy hours. Parking was easy, the atmosphere felt safe, and the place was well-maintained overall. Between the sheer size, the variety of stores, and the energy of the space, Sugarloaf Mills really delivers that "mall experience" that's become rare these days. I'm already planning a return trip so I can take my time and see everything in its entirety. The place definitely did not disappoint.

This Target seems to be a very popular and busy store. I walked around in the store, and apparently passed the part of the store where the irons and boards were located. I stopped to ask an employee where these items were, and told me where they were. His directions were perfect, because I found the section quickly. I noticed how clean and organized this store was as I walked through it. Surprisingly, there were various clothes irons on the shelf, with a wide variety of of prices. They all looked like they were of good to great quality, so I chose the one that I thought would be best for me. There was only one ironing board, and I picked that up too. Checking out was easy; I did self check out. A helpful employee came by, thinking I needed help checking out. Actually, there was a pop up screen that asked me if I wanted to pay extra for an extended warranty, and I was thinking about whether or not it was a good idea to get it when the employee came to me and asked if I needed help. I thought it was great that one of the employees was doing her job. Overall a great experience for me.
