I wore my ring every day, and over time the setting shifted and several small diamonds fell out. When I returned for repairs, I was told they no longer work with the designer and couldn't fix it. Instead, I was told I would need to purchase a new setting and could use my current one for "scrap metal." I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the way this was handled. Salesperson took advantage of the consumer and refused to give a refund for the merchandise after I noticed that she paid too much. Owner of store was pushy and rude. Customer was not told that the watch was "final sale" and the no refunds policy is not posted in the store. The store owner had no compassion or care about this situation and refused to give a refund to a senior citizen, with cognitive limitations who can't afford what she paid. Do not ever shop at this store who takes advantage of senior citizens.
