When Jessie came to give me an estimate on…read morewindows, he recommended pressure washing due to multiple wasp nests, mildew etc. The front porch was especially bad as there had been multiple wasp nests there and although the wasps had been exterminated, the remains of the nests were there. Well after pressure washing the nests are still there. I commented on this to Steve who said well I can't spray there as it is too close to the ceiling. This issue was never mentioned before hand. I will say the windows do look good and most of the grime from the tracks is gone but I am very disappointed in the pressure washing. Just a PS, Jessie did come out and look at it but basically said the same thing that it was too close to the ceiling and if he scraped them off the paint would come with them. But at least they did respond.

We were very pleased no longer paying for electric as it will save us thousands each year. Be aware you will need to rinse the panels after a heavy pollen season and clean the panels annually or hire them to do so. That was our only surprise with our solar installation. Also important to note that even though it was a little difficult to get ahold of them initially, it was never difficult afterwards. They really make their clients a priority.
