I would give them five stars for installation, but can't because they don't exist, I am left disappointed and will award SEM a single star because they were dishonest about notification and the promise of deinstalling/reinstalling my panels for free, one time when the roof is reshingled. The sales pitch to selling the solar was it carried a 25 year warranty on Material, Labor, roof and of course the 30% tax credit leaving the homeowner with a warm fuzzy feeling. Recently it was discovered that West Bay no longer supports the Solar product nor are they standing behind the warranty they sold us . Though they have their reasons for leaving the solar business it would have been more professional to notify the existing customers and make us aware of this instead of avoiding calls or being directed to Enphase to address our issues leaving us the find/ pay the labor for repairs. Very disappointed with the group and highly recommend looking at other options when it comes to roof shopping since that's their new focus. Odds are you will fall victim like the solar customers. They don't seem to care if they leave you holding the bag. I am embarrassed and feel guilty for being part of this.

We chose Trust, they did a nice job "blending" the new roof / shingles into the existing roof. They communicated well, they pulled the permit and arranged the inspection. Everything went very well, the work looks nice. They also quoted replacing the roof on rest of the home, again it was a reasonable quote, we will be reaching out to them when the time comes to replace the entire roof and our old skylights.

Purchased a solar pool heating system one and a half years ago from solar solutions. Tim's selling…read morepoint was their 12 year warranty. 1 panel flew off my roof ultimately damaging tow panels. SURPRISE!!!! warranty does not cover damage from wind. Checked the weather service high winds were 18mph the day this occurred. $750 for a new panel and $250 service call. Still down 1 less panel and no responsibility taken for a lousy installation. Two of my direct neighbors have the same exact system installed by solar solutions and they have no damage. Tim says the wind doesn't effect everybody's installation the same, I agree it only effect the sub-par installations. Many solar pool heating options out there, keep looking before signing with solar solutions.
