He was very well mannered and made check in a breeze. The program coordinator Valerie was very kind and she took time to introduce herself to me. The room was heated very well so I'd recommend bringing an insulated water bottle. There were mirrors so you could see yourself in all the poses. Disinfectant wipes were provided as well as yoga blocks. Emil was the instructor. He did an excellent job! He gave different variations for poses and checked intermittently for feedback and made sure all his students were good throughout the flow. Not to mention he had an awesome playlist! I found myself vibing, humming and singing throughout the flow. Highly recommend taking a class here!

One example: they call, get your voicemail, leave a message, immediately call again, get voicemail again, and then send a text message. In my experience, the frequency and persistence of the contact bordered on harassment. Billing and cancellation were especially frustrating. They require bank drafting to avoid certain fees, yet charges continued while I was trying to cancel. The cancellation process took more than 30 days and required multiple attempts on my part. I received no confirmation or responses, and the cancellation only became effective when they finally processed it--not when I originally requested it. To make matters worse, the cancellation could not be handled locally. Pay very close attention to anything you purchase. What appears to be a one-time purchase may actually involve recurring charges. For example, I purchased three training sessions and was automatically charged 30 days later for additional sessions. I then had to go through another 30 day cancellation process to stop future recurring charges. Also, be prepared for an "annual service fee" that will show up within the first 60-90 days. I encountered rigid refund and credit policies, aggressive collection practices, and, despite all of this, continued calls attempting to sell additional services or renew memberships. You may meet a great salesperson or trainer when you first walk in the door, only to find that person gone a few months later. In my experience, staff turnover was constant, and training appeared limited. The entire approach felt less like customer service and more like a high-pressure sales operation--always pushing another product, process, subscription, or fee. The low advertised price may be appealing, but based on my experience, the billing practices, difficult cancellation process, recurring charges, high-pressure sales tactics, and relentless calls made this one of the worst customer-service models I have ever experienced. My advice: read every agreement carefully, ask specifically what will automatically renew, understand every recurring charge and annual fee, and know exactly how cancellation works before providing your bank-account information.

The front desk staff was super helpful and welcoming--they made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a quick tour. The gym's setup is fantastic! Upon joining I was shown every movement with proper form, which still holds true today. Our coaches continue to teach proper functional form before they encourage you to lift even moderately heavy. During these 5 years, I have had to start back at square one twice after having babies. It was humbling, however this is when I tell everyone EVERYTHING IS SCALEABLE! I get great workouts even when I'm not physically able to do a pull up yet, etc. The workouts are exquisitely designed so you're getting a great mix of powerlifting, cardio, and calisthenics. In all that time, I have never had an experience remotely close to this one. I don't normally leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others--and I sincerely hope the owner takes the time to read this because what happened reflects very poorly on this business. I joined because I was explicitly told I had a 14-day free trial. Fourteen days. Based on that information, I signed the paperwork believing I had two weeks to decide whether this gym was a good fit. Instead, before what I understood to be the end of that trial, I was charged my first bi-weekly membership payment and then hit with a cancellation fee when I chose not to continue. Between the two charges, I was out nearly $100 after only using the facility twice. When I tried to explain that I had signed up based on what your employee told me, I wasn't met with understanding or an attempt to resolve the situation. I spent over an hour going back and forth with the GM, explaining that your staff failed to clearly explain when the trial period actually began, when it ended, or what charges would be triggered. Rather than acknowledging that there may have been a breakdown in communication, I was simply expected to pay. Eventually, I was so exhausted by the conversation that I paid the fee and left. The facility itself only reinforced my decision. The equipment is outdated, the men's locker room was dirty, and the building feels neglected. More importantly, my fiancée didn't even feel comfortable working out unless she was right beside me. That alone was enough for us to know this wasn't the right environment. This review isn't about the money. It's about honesty, transparency, and how customers are treated. If this happened because an employee wasn't properly trained, the owner deserves to know. If this is how memberships are intentionally presented to prospective members, then future customers deserve to know that as well. I have no problem paying for a gym that delivers value and treats people with respect. I do have a problem with being told one thing during the sales process, discovering something completely different after my card is charged, and then spending over an hour arguing about it instead of seeing someone genuinely try to make it right. I hope the owner reads this, reviews exactly how memberships and "trial periods" are being presented by the staff, and decides whether this is really the experience they want representing their business. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will never recommend this facility to anyone I come across who takes an active lifestyle as an important aspect in their life. You can tell he actually takes pride in the facility and pays attention to the details. Meanwhile, a lot of the front desk associates seem more focused on their phones than helping members or staying engaged. The maintenance guy honestly stands out because he's consistently working and keeping the gym environment together. Definitely appreciate his effort and work ethic.
