He never sealed it and the scratches were so visible. I wrote to him many times. He wanted to come and charge me more to do a different process (sand down). I asked him to at least to partially give a refund so I can get someone else to come and reseal. He never responded. I ended up resealing it myself but there were areas that he had put some chemicals on and the seal interacted with and looked cloudy. I texted him and he said he will come today. He wrote to me yesterday and wanted to charge me $400. I asked him if we could talk on the phone. Never responded. Never showed up today. DO NOT HIRE HIM. Not much honesty there.

So first impressions were great and it seemed they would live up to the expectations set by our contractor. Then we didn't hear anything - which was understandable, because it was right before the 4th of July holiday and we figured maybe Jon was out of town. So we contacted him again and found out he was out of town but he said he would have our estimate to us the Tuesday after the 4th of July. That Tuesday came and went with no word. So we contacted him again the following week. Crickets. Finally we made one last try and still no response. I understand that things happen (personal life stuff, business gets too busy, etc.) but I don't think it's too much to ask of a business to contact you and let you know that something's come up, and discuss options (letting you know they can't accommodate your request for services at that time, and seeing if you're willing to wait or whatnot.) But silence is not an acceptable business practice - we delayed our flooring because we wanted to work with someone our contractor highly recommended, so the non-responsiveness has set our project back. We finally went to another local flooring company and they came out to measure and provided a written estimate within a week. We just signed the contract with them and are looking forward to our new floors in the next week. Oh, and we let our contractor who referred us to this place about the communication issue. I'm not sure that he will be referring others now, since it reflects badly on him when a recommendation he makes doesn't pan out. Ours isn't a large job, but it's about 6K. Moral of the story: poor communication costs businesses money and reputation with referral sources.

Samuel is meticulous. He is detail oriented and a true professional. We moved into a new home with…read moreone of those fancy, ceramic undermount sinks--but the job was not done properly. We tried to do it ourselves and failed. Twice, gravity pulled our dishwashing station down because neither mounts, nor silicone caulking were enough to support it. I read the reviews about Sam's excellent work and I was sold. Sam has a deep knowledge about countertop materials and what they can support and... he's a plumber! He was able to take it all apart, add the necessary support for our sink and then reattached all of the plumbing afterwards. During the process, we had asked him if he could change the faucet and when we showed him what we had ordered, he was quick to point out that I had purchased a metal finish that was chrome and not brushed nickel. I really don't care about little things like that, but I quickly found out that Samuel works with real estate agents and interior designers who are picky about things like that--so he is used to the scrutiny. So, he will ask you (before he does anything that you might not like) if there is something that you might have an objection to. There were other installers less-expensive but it was hard to take a chance that did that not have the review history Nissi did. I worked on a kitchen granite install project which included all plumbing retrofitting, and tile backsplash install, all remotely as I don't live in the area. Samuel understood this dynamic and made sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way with pictures videos and recommendations from his experience. Samuel made this dynamic extremely easy as though I was there. He showed the tools he used, the prep work beforehand any issues he anticipates in the project. His pricing was very fair, though he is not the cheapest. cheapest does not mean the best quality. he started work the next day (on a sunday!) and finished 2 days ahead of schedule. he has a lot of connections in the contractor community so do not hesitate to ask if he knows a guy... it feels good to help small business owners especially those that are family run. part of the reason prices are fair is he does not have the overhead of renting a large warehouse nor extra staff. this is a family run business we should all try to help as he only does the same with his clients. at a very minimum get an estimate from Samuel, but otherwise give him the project. I worked for this company and I can tell you firsthand that it is a very shady practice and their…read moremethods of acquiring clients are very, VERY predatory. The company downloads thousands on thousands of phone numbers from an online database and sends unsolicited calls to anybody they can early as 8 AM (even calling businesses and renters on holidays) in order to rope in clients by offering a special free estimate (which is standard practice). If you do choose to accept the free estimate, they will try to overcharge and upsell you on any sort of home remodeling projects you're considering due to the small size of the company. From a worker's point of view, the company will hide information on the jobs you confirm and will threaten your job security once a week if you do not get 2 potential jobs per day. This unfortunately leads to the harassment of many Houston citizens through desperate callbacks for months on end and even giving misleading information about the company's status with the Better Business Bureau. There are cockroaches and bugs living throughout their showroom and the owner, contractors, and most of upper management do not speak English as well. All in all, this company is very unorganized yet uncomfortably persistent when it comes to finding clients and will often overcharge clients who are in desperate need remodeling and do not have time or resources to find a second opinion. If you do come in contact with them or happen to receive an unsolicited call, I strongly suggest finding another contractor to save you from a headache/wasting your time. I would even make sure to block the number because they will not stop calling if you don't.

No ownership of the issue even after paying ~$9,000/- for the renovations, I would not consider doing business with them again I have attached pictures pointing towards leaking plumbing for master bedroom Below are the issues I had to fix as a result of substandard work which was not honored after 2 months of calling the office and the company providing excuses 1.
