They are prompt, easy to coordinate with & have some of the best vehicles on the road. As a treat we used to take their stretch limos to DFW airport to embark on a trip to a favorite resort in Mexico or on a cruise. We would enjoy a bottle of cold champagne with cheese & crackers on the 40 min drive over there. We loved to start our vacations as soon as possible! Although we still drink champagne we have scaled down our transportation to their luxurious black Lincoln Navigator. The drivers always contact us with their ETA when they're on their way & are always on time & polite. We probably hire them twice a year for trips to the airport & couldn't be happier with their level of service.

I booked a Christmas lights tour for Christmas Day, and it was cancelled an hour AFTER the limo should have shown up. We got a "comped" ride for a couple of days later, and it was fine. Nothing spectacular; I'm sure the experience could have been better, but I was just happy a party bus showed up (the bare minimum). I've been going back and forth with Desmond since the incident and have been very understanding, as he continues to promise me my refund is being processed, and I like to assume it's not his fault. I even waited to post a review until it was solved. At this point, there's no excuse. The refund pictured in the screenshot showed up as pending on my credit card but did not go through. Obviously, it is still nowhere to be seen. Now Desmond is dodging my calls and the phone number I have for this company is no longer in service. Screenshots attached with timestamps. We had 72 guests the week before our wedding that dropped to 57 because of Covid. If there was an issue, they handled it with such grace and ease...all while keeping me out of it. When we had 2 guests test positive in Mexico with the fear of getting stuck for a while, Kimberly and Jeff were on it! They told them exactly what to do and all was sorted within hours (false positive, so glad they told them to take a PCR test and they got to come home ASAP).
