I won a no reserve auction from them and when I showed up to pick up my item they refused to give it to me because "it sold for too low". That's not how auctions work. As stated in their terms, its a legally binding contract once the auction ends. They charge non-paying winning bidders fees and go after their credit, but they don't hold themselves responsible for their own auctions.

The interaction, attitude, the level of disrespect and etiquette was about as bad as it could get. I needed $400 for a small real estate deal this afternoon, not wanting to take a cash advance on a card and I thought wow, I've lived in Leander for over 10 years, driven by this store on my way to the car wash next door. Lemme see what I can get. First off, I'm extremely aware of the idea what we have is never worth as much as we think. I've traded in dozens of sets of clubs over the past 50 years, I use the PGA Retail Value trade in guide as a barometer and their book is vers valuable. It's solid. Dicks Sporting Goods, PGA Superstore, Golf Galaxy all use this very guide. And I get it, they only had 2 bags of clubs in there they wanted $60-$100 for and 1 were more than 10 years old, and 1 set was at least 20 years old. I was polite, waited patiently, wasn't expecting anything else...and he wouldn't give me more than $100 for the clubs on a loan, and I couldn't replace the bag & clubs for under $1500. Impossible. Of course, that's probably why they don't have any clubs in there because they're dismissive and rude, and it's fine because I don't need the money that bad. What this little man didn't know was I had a Tag in my pocket I would've sold for $$ he could've made nice money on but once the disrespectful tone & attitude took over that was a non-starter for me. I pawned the clubs elsewhere for $350, which all I really needed. I won't be back, I'll never forget.

Those appliances are under the manufacturer warranty, and I believe A4L also offers warranty. 2. Knowledgeable Staff: The sales associates were friendly, helpful and well-informed about the products. Michael, the store owner, helped me evaluate the pros and cons of each options and we decided on the refrigerator, washer and the dryer that are not only beautiful but also functional for my family's needs. 3. I thought I was buying a scratch and dent dryer,,,,,,I did not know it was used also. I found it on…read moreline for $448, called and talked to store said I would be there the next day at 11 am. The people were nice and it seemed to go smoothly. When I got to the store the dryer was packaged up in clear cellophane. I could see the few scratches it had,,,,everything seemed ok. I went to pay for it and they rounded up to $450, I did not say anything, no big deal. The floor help was nice and helped me load the dryer and even got me extra cardboard to protect it. I got home and removed the cellophane and to my surprise my wife said it is used! There was lent in the trap. After removing the screen there was hair and dirt on the inside. This was a used dryer, not just a scratch and dent. The price I paid was for a brand new dryer with some scratches, this dryer should have been cheaper for having been used for no telling how long. If you do business here,,,,,Caveat emptor, let the buyer beware!!!!!!
