When the technician arrived, he immediately stated that he couldn't help us. Well, after another Yelp! search I found another company, Modern Mobile Home Services. Their technician, Will, came out, went under our house (not a gnome sized man like the previous company would suggest), quoted us a price, went back in and fixed our air ducts.
