When I applied for a mortgage loan with them, Lee told me I could be approved for a 145k loan as long as I paid off my car which was a little over 2k. I used all of my savings to get that taken care of and when I let Lee know, she said I was good to go AND she sent me an approval letter. A month went by and I found my dream home and the contract was signed. I paid to have an inspector come by. I sent my earnest check. WHAT DOES SHE DO? She tells me I can't get approved because COVID is tightening their protocols? -mind you I applied during the big Quarentine. She asked for my bank statements, w2s, and paystubs AFTER she gave me an approval letter and is now telling me I need a co-signer...? Why couldN't she tell me this before I spent all this money???
