I'm so frustrated from the start of my quote to billing. I told them what I didn't want on my quote and had to argue not to add renters. They messed up on my quote so I had to go in and personally adjust it. The billing, wow.. the billing is so frustrating. I get cancellation notices even though the previous month has been paid and the next month is not due. My policy was cancelled and has been cancelled even though a payment was made and the next month was not due. It does affect your rating when your policy is "reinstated" I'm sure they are doing this to be able to charge additional fees because payments do change each month and go up in cost. I regret leaving my previous insurance. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. read more

Amanda was extremely unprofessional and claimed to not have received the multiple emails and calls I had sent over a period of multiple months. She would not understand that I was furious on the fact that I was charged a daily premium due to her lack of responsiveness. We have all of our vehicles listed with the Ed Medna Allstate in Dripping Springs TX. I spoke with Diana Stromme the office manager back in December of 2021. To make sure they had removed a vehicle we sold in October of 2021, and to our surprise they had not. We added another vehicle, and removed a second vehicle we had sold. called back to follow up on our refund we were told by Diana Stromme, would hit our acct in Fed 2022. We never saw the refund hit the acct. which is why we're were following up. Only to find out they never removed the two vehicles and never added the new one. I followed up yesterday again on our refund that we were promised, Diana Stromme admitted along with Christina in the office they do see in their notes we had called in to remove these vehicles. They failed to do so and is refusing now to give us a refund we're we're promised for mo this is coming. These people are crooks, we are filing a law suit and reporting them to attorney general and the Texas Department OF Insurance. Do NOT USE these people read more

I've had Allstate auto insurance for 35+ years, and have had auto and home with Amanda for 10 years or so. All of her representatives are extremely knowledgeable, and are great at offering alternatives for specific situations. I recently started a new business that includes a van, and my franchisor suggested working with another insurance company, which I did. However, Amanda was able to save me about 40% on the policy, plus offered a very affordable policy for the tools and equipment in the van, which was not covered under the other policy. Unfortunately, it is usually not a great situation when you get to talk to your insurance agent (due to a wreck, home damage, etc), but I always feel this agency has my back and is trying to do what is best for me as a customer. read more

He told me he could get me my full coverage motorcycle insurance for $28.00 a month, yes that is right! That is what I am still paying on a newer, bigger bike today almost 5 or so years later. Worst agent ever! I needed to find an office that was open on Saturday and ran across her on the internet. I drove to her office, which by the way was 25 minutes away from home. When I walked into her office NO ONE greeted me. I sat in the waiting area for about 10 minutes before anyone addressed me. Amanda Escobar which I believe is the owner finally approached me and took me to her office. I provided my policy number and asked to make a payment. Simple process I'd say. She then proceeded to start my payment, only to leave me unattended when the phone started ringing. She took call after call collecting other people's personal information in front of me. I sat there for another 10 minutes before I asked politely if it would take any longer since my mom and baby were in the car. To the which she rudely responded "well then you need to go get your baby". I told her that if she was that busy, then it would be better that I took my business elsewhere. She said yes take it elsewhere! I cannot believe I was treated this way. My personal agent is so sweet and helpful! To bad she is in El Paso and not here in Austin. read more
