The testing facility was helpless to help me without the help of the office staff of Dr Narvaez. I called his office, and called. Nobody ever answered the phone. I'd leave messages that never got returned. I'd call again and again, nobody seems to pick up the phone. Nobody seems to be working the phones. Every interaction I've had with this doctor, he's been fantastically late. Why schedule appointments if you're going to be 45 minutes late? For a procedure, he was about an hour and change late. I don't like being there in the first place, why do they gotta make me wait longer? When I go for a quick check in with the doc, I expect to be in and out of there in under an hour. That's not happening here. In the end, nobody from Dr Narvaez's office ever called me back. I never got the tests resolved and just sorta gave up until I can find another doctor.
