My first time having car issues, so I was very frazzled today. I was connected to the driver and dispatch through my insurance- it was pretty okay, the estimated time was pretty accurate. I had to go to work immediately, and they worked very well around that! The driver communicated well, though I did recieve a call saying that my car had needed a jump start, from dispatch I assume. I was sure it didn't, but contacted the driver after and he confirmed there was no extra charge. I had a blow out on 71 and Texas Dispatch Solutions were sent to the rescue. David picked up my car on a nice flat bed tow truck and delivered the car (and me) to Discount Tire to get the tire replaced. Clearly David had done a million tows just like this one as he knew exactly what he was doing and had my car on that flat bed safely in no time. David was super nice and we had a nice conversation on the way to Discount Tire. Having to be towed is rarely a fun experience because of the circumstances but David certainly helped lighten the load. read more

Do mot recommend this company. My auto insurance sent this company to me for roadside assistance. I called to confirm that they understood that the vehicle was "in a low clearance parking garage and completely dead. cannot put in neutral." Whomever answered was curt, insuring me "yes, that's what it says". The tow truck showed up and the driver was skeptical he could get in. I literally walked him thru the garage, all the way to my vehicle. He immediately tried to hook up a "jump battery" to it so he could put it in neutral. I said "no, I said it would not go in to neutral." Well, guess what? He was not prepared to tow my truck with all the information I gave them. The tow driver got mad and left me stranded in the parking garage! Good riddance. Cancel this vendor! I had Sherza come to get my car towed and he was absolutely incredible! I was planning on getting towed to a repair shop and already had anxiety not knowing what the issue was and leaving it up to a mechanic to charge me whatever they wanted to diagnose and repair. Sherza, who happens to be a terrific mechanic himself, was able to diagnose the issue. It still needed a repair but he was able to get my car started and showed me the exact problem. It saved so much anxiety knowing I could go in and tell the mechanic exactly what needed to be fixed. He likely saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you! read more

My daughter was assigned this company through Progressive and initially told 60-90 minutes which she understood as it was 8:30am, however, after 90 minutes she called for an update and they told her they were on the way and would arrive in 20 minutes. They still did not show up so she called again and went straight to voicemail, however the VM was full. She called Progressive and they reached out to the company and let us know it would be another 20 minutes. At 1:30pm, I called Progressive to ask for an update and they tried 3 times to call the company. When they got no answer, they cancelled the service and called Storm Towing, they were there in 20 minutes. Save some time and just call Storm, they wont leave your daughter sitting alone on the side of the road for 5 1/2 hours. Almost every 1 star review is from an Insurance Roadside assistance customer. I understand not wanting to take jobs assigned by an insurance company, but just say that when the customer calls and stop wasting everyone's time telling them you'll be there in 20 minutes. read more

Popped a tired on I35 with my six year old son and year old daughter in tow (along with two dogs). Requested help via Ford Assistance and then caught a Lyft home. After an hour and a half I accidentally fell asleep, the dispatcher from Texas Dispatch Services tried to get a hold of me to no avail. I woke up a half hour later and when I contacted them I was a little grumpy. They were so nice and explained they were the second company dispatched. They'd already had to move on because Ford hadn't sent the location. But then they immediately sent someone to go get my car. I was so worried that it had been impounded. Thank you so much! Like many others here I was connected with TDS via my insurance's roadside assistance. After waiting five hours, with repeated assurances that they were on their way and would be there in 30 minutes, I had to cancel. Later I tried again (my car was still dead) and again was connected to TDS. This time it took three hours for them to arrive. I will say that when they did finally show up they were helpful, but the overall experience was unacceptable. read more

Haven't left a yelp review in years and felt obligated to redownload the app. Would leave zero stars if I could. Answered my initial call 3.5 hours ago confirming it would be a flatbed truck so I know they were assigned this job from the beginning. They knew my car model, and therefore that the address was correct. I was told 75 minutes, then they just kept adding 20 mins until 3.5 hours passed and Costco is no longer open. Thank god I'm not stuck on the side of the road. Called numerous times with no answer, I even got a text message from an iMessage number telling me a driver was on the way. Another hour passed. I texted the number back, called it, got no response. My insurance company called them and again they confirmed a driver would be here in 15 minutes. That was not the case. As you can see by the responses to numerous other reviews by people experiencing the same thing, this is not a company you want to do business with. If you, like me, got to the yelp page after waiting for so long with no response, just call your insurance company and ask for a reassignment. Like others reviewers here, Texas Dispatch Solutions provide an ETA through the Roadside Assistance app, and an hour later they still did not show up. Reached out to the company directly and the owner (Ed) hung up on me without answering questions about updated ETA. Follow up phone calls were all sent straight to voicemail. Then after looking up other reviews, I asked my roadside assistance to not send Texas Dispatch Solutions, and find another provider. read more

This company is ran by a clown. Whoever is on the dispatch line will get aggressive if you try to communicate. Hire someone who can speak with courtesy. 3 hours and no communication from this company. I can not comment on the service or value this company provides because the driver never showed up. If the driver or dispatcher is in a good mood you might get 5 star service or you probably have to be friends or family in order to get that so the company gets a great review. Unfortunately I don't know these people so here's my honest opinion, if your insurance company assigns you this company just cancel the rescue and request a different tow truck service. What could improve? The accuracy of saying they're going to pick you up! The customer service over the phone. They are super rude and when you call them out they hang up and block your phone number, meanwhile I am stuck on the side of the road with my 2 year old and 1 year old. I requested roadside assistance tow at 12:15 and it's 5 pm now and ultimately ended up canceling because I got blocked when I asked what was going on with my tow.
