I had called nearly 10 different tow companies, and of the three that had answered, Freddy was the only one who gave me an actual price estimate (that wasn't outrageous) and an approximate arrival time. Although he was busy with another customer at the time I called, we exchanged info and he got back to me shortly after. Once Freddy arrived, my day continued to improve. Worryingly, I had my toolbox stored in a relatively tight storage unit complex, but Freddy managed to maneuver his truck in without a problem. As he began to load up my toolbox, I could see (and appreciate) how careful he was being both loading and securing it on the flatbed. The unloading process went smoothly as well, Freddy again backed into my precarious driveway with ease, then proceeded to use the same skill and care to unload my toolbox without even a mark to either my driveway or toolbox. If you're looking for a skilled tow for your precious cargo, Freddy is the one to call, he was on-time, friendly, straightforward, communicative and damn good at what he does. He will be the first one I call the next time I need a tow.

They were careless with handling, and when I pointed out the damage, they stopped responding. Now I'm stuck with expensive repairs that could've been avoided if they had done their job properly. When I am leaving I tell my husband to drive it and I will follow in case it dies. It died in the middle of a busy road. We are able to get it to a parking lot. I call someone I know and get a # to this towing place. They say leave the car they will get it after a couple of stops. I say great! Thank you , they said they would take it to the repair shop that's waiting on my car. I leave my car to go deal with serious things. Thinking at least this is being handled. One of the owners, Tito, was exceptionally kind and patient and provided some comforting words to my wife and to me. Our experience was the opposite of what you might expect from an impound lot and towing service. A-Tex has good people who do a good (and necessary) job at a fair price.
