All were emphatic about us using him to fix all our fencing. Eric is an upright guy who takes pride in his work. His crue has been with him for years. We got bids from a couple of other companies, and Eric came in at nearly the same $ amount. The difference was the other bids were quoting "Pine" (which is cheaper and doesn't last as long) vs. Eric using Cedar (which lasts longer). His bid also included a Kickboard at the bottom that prevents wood rot at the bottom (required by Timmarron SOUTHLAKE HOMEOWNERS Association HOA). Also, Eric is aware of HOA fence color requirements and was included in bid. Since the weather was favorable, it took two days to both remove old fences, set new metal poles in cement, and build a new fence. One extra challeng... my neighbors yard sits higher than my yard and we had built a concrete wall to improve drainage. The concrete wall was built against the old fence. Eric was able to blend the new fence better than the previous fence. Just an excellent job. Eric is a great guy to work with, and his crew are professional and polite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GET A BID FROM ERIC ELLIOTT. He keeps busy, just work with him and get it done right. He uses good material and you will love the result.

We just had our house exterior painted. We hired Jeff Wortham from Northeast Tarrant Painting…read more We saw the results of Jeff's work on a neighbor's house and liked it. The neighbors kindly shared his contact information along with a positive endorsement. Jeff came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate to include repair of damaged or decaying wood, sealing off any gaps or open areas allowing insects or squirrels to gain access. The work also included removing all existing gutters (we're contracting with a recommended gutter company for this work). They moved all furniture and signage and power washed the exterior. They also worked with us on the color of the paint. During the work, Jeff showed up often to monitor his crew and check on the progress and to make sure we were informed and happy with the work. After the job was completed, he took us on a thorough walk around and fixed all discrepancies (very few) immediately while we watched. It's hard to find solid, reputable companies for contract work. Jeff and his crew made this a seamless and enjoyable process. Attention to detail, great work ethics, delivering as promised and doing all of it at a very reasonable cost. Jeff told us early on that his reputation is directly linked to the work he provides. He did not disappoint.
