Me and my family will no longer be coming to this car wash. We have been coming to this car wash for 15 + years. After changing into Texas Express Wash, the prices have gone up. Which is different, but something we can work with. However, what has caused us to make this decision was the HORRIBLE customer service. As we were purchasing items, we noticed we got the wrong change back and asked for the correct change. The clerk ignored us and began talking on the phone. A second clerk came and she took over talking on the phone but still did not say a single word to us. The second clerk began to go into the cash drawer (still talking on the phone) and then she stopped to help someone else asking for one of the free air fresheners. (She's still talking on the phone) and I believe she needed to see our items to see how much to recharge us. Instead of asking, she just makes gestures for us to hand everything over. She charges us, and just slides the money on the counter, and walks away. Not a SINGLE word was spoken to us in this entire interaction and we had about 5/6 employees all just watching. The only reason why this review is not one star, is due to the great service from other employees outside working on our car. They greeted us, asked us if we needed certain things thrown away, and told us thank you/good bye. I hope the new owners can take note, and improve the experience for the future because until then, there's several new spots to check out in the area. read more

The young manager they have on duty is very rude and sarcastic when you telling him about any issues you have. I went to have my vehicle detailed today. I ask about get armor all for the inside and they said that isn't included. So I asked what do you wipe the car down with they stated plan water, I go inside to show the mats where still dirty. The rude manager goes on to say it wasn't included. So how do you clean the inside of a vehicle but leave the mat dirty. So I tell him they need to train the staff better because it second time I have encountered this issue. I love going there but I will longer return. I went to my favorite car wash today and learned they had sold out to Texas Express CarWash on West Tidwell. The prices had nearly doubled from the previous owner. I told this to the attendant, he assured me it was going to be the best car wash I'd ever had. It was not even close. I had to point out dirt still on the vehicle in numerous places. then driving home, I realized they had not dried the roof as water came down on the back window. I am not accustomed to spending that much money for a car wash, and then having to come home and go over it again. I will not be returning. read more

If i could leave 0 stars to this review i would. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR that is 5 years or older to this car wash they will NOT be responsible the damages the machine does to your car. My mom brought her car, mind you is a 2019 Highlander in perfect condition until she took it for a wash and came out damaged. I have been to this car wash multiple times in the last few years spent hundreds of dollars here and have never had a bad experience until today. I took my brand new BMW here to be hand washed and left with 4 scratches along both sides of the car, spoke with management and he brushed it off as if the scratches were there keep in mind the car is brand new by the time I got home I realized there was dirt all on the backseat nobody has ever even sat back there and dirt along the carpet and watermarks all over the car. I will never forget this had to call insurance company to make a claim in which they asked who the owner was and not one associate tried to give me their name. The Car wash is not properly working since days! Do NOT go there! I come here since years but recently the wash tunnel has serious issues, so my car wont come out clean. Local managers are helpless without that the owners are willing to invest in the necessary repairs! I consider to go to another car wash with all our company cars. This establishment is racially profiling black people do not spend ur money here. They do not treat their black customers with respect if u are not Mexican they do not give u good service. We have been going here for years and the Manager Paul C lied and stated his name was Ricardo Martinez because we wanted to file a complaint about them turning the vacuum off when we just finish getting our first car wash and then went back to get the second car washed. What a fabulous job! Took my Rogue with Tan leather seats and tan carpet to get shampooed. I finally paid my car off and I wanted to get it cleaned up and it looks "Brand New". Unprofessional, Bad Customer Service & Red Flags DO NOT GO HERE!! I came here to treat myself and get my car detailed on a Saturday afternoon. I called ahead of time for details and was told most services take 2-3 hrs depending on what they are. I arrived at 3 pm to drop my car off. I had to pay up front for services and the lady at the check-in counter asked for my phone number, scribbled it on a piece of paper and repeated it back to me for confirmation and she told me they would call when it's ready. She pointed out where I should park my car and then I had to ask a random employee in the parking lot what to do with my keys. He said to leave them on the dash. So I left my unlocked car with keys on dashboard in their parking lot and left. I waited several hours for a call from them and when the call never came, I had my ride take me back before they closed at 7pm. I arrived at 6:45pm and the whole place was closed and locked up and my car was no where to be seen. I was absolutely livid, where is my car? And why haven't they called me? I was left stressed out all night because I didn't know what was going on or where my car was. The next day, I woke up & called them immediately at 8 am to get some answers. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and said "y'all never came to get it". I explained we never received a call from them and she responded with "you never gave us your phone number". Uhh yes I most certainly did. I also explain that we came by before they closed at 7pm and no one was there. Her response was they close at 6pm. Their hours on google maps, and also on their website are 8am-7pm. Once I arrive, I spoke with the manager and he offered a different explanation.. he said he accidentally threw away the paper that my phone number was scribble down on. He also tells me that they sometimes decide to close early when it's raining and last night was one of those days. I asked for a full refund for the huge inconvenience this has caused but the manager told me "a refund is impossible". Not once did anyone take responsibility for THEIR mistake or offer an apology. This was the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Very rude and blaming the me, the customer, when it's their mistake. I will never return to this business and definitely do not recommend Wetzone Carwash. read more

You can pay only $5 and go through the automatic wash and have access to the self-serve vacuums out front. THAT is a deal! I spend at least $5 in quarters at the manual carwash, so this saves me from scrubbing. I checked in with Yelp and saved $3 off the Deluxe Full Service wash which is normally priced at $12.99. This package sends your car through the automatic wash, the staff dries your car, washes the interior windows, wipes down interior surfaces and vacuums your car for you. Another great deal for only $9.99 with my Yelp check in promotion. Mike, a new employee, went above and beyond and scrubbed the bugs of my hood and made sure I was OK waiting a few extra minutes because he wanted to make sure he got all the dog hair out of my backseat. I felt terrible because I didn't have any cash to tip this fine staffer, but next time I drive by, I plan on stopping in to pay that tip I owe him. read more

The service is great and they do a thorough job. $8 for a general drive trough carwash with an added deep-clean bug scraping that was much needed after a weekend trip to Austin. $13 for a deluxe full-service with the deal that you get from checking in. wow what a difference two weeks make! This place did such a great job on my car, that I took my mom's car in to get detailed. It's an older car and I wanted to get some of the stains out. Oh my gosh! They sure did do a half @$$ job! They didn't clean the console at all. They didn't open the back hatch to clean the way back. It was stuck, but I would have been more than happy to come out and show them how to open it. So frustrating! When I got home I had to go over the windows myself. There was a big stain on the passengers side floor. It was as if they got the whole area wet but didn't try to get the stain out. It ruined the bottom of my purse.The weird thing is I got there 30 minutes after they opened, and it was slow. So I don't understand why they seemed to rush. One of the better drive thru car washes I've found in the Houston area. Spring for the deluxe wash and get a full service interior vacuuming and wipe down. Keeps my truck looking nice inside and out. Every couple of months I'll pay for a waxing and tip the attendant. Always consistent. read more

No this was not done by a garage door. I think 3 stars is sufficient for the "services" here. Nothing particularly "bad" happened it's just that my machine wash was just that... a machine wash. It did what unexpected and it was a good job. $16.99 included a spray wax. Otherwise it was a do it yourself vac and dry. read more

STOP. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is terrible!! They literally stole our car for the night! Their customer service was the worst customer service i've ever experienced in my life. I took my girlfriends car to get the interior detailed as we had been to the beach and it needed a good cleaning. We saw their pick 2 service and thought it would be a good deal. As we pulled up the their detailing service section, no attendant was standing there so we waited a few minutes. a girl eventually ran over to us and asked us what services we had wanted. we picked them and left her our phone # and she wrote it down on the stores copy of our receipt. I paid $80 for the service. after getting a "free" car wash, we pulled around to park next to where the attendant told us to and get out. stood around for another minute until we were able to get another attendants attention and asked her if we needed to leave our keys. HUGE MISTAKE. without saying a word she took our keys, placed them on top of the car and we left... very strange... and which is why i was so worried when it went missing.. They told us the detailing would take 2-3 hours. The car was dropped off at 3pm and their google listing says they close at 7. They had told us we would receive a call when the car was ready. at around 6pm we still hadn't received a call and at this point drove towards the area and decided to walk around target across the street until they gave us a call. at 6:45 and still not having received a phone call, we left and drove to the the car wash just to see that they had closed early and our car was nowhere in sight!!! how the hell could they just take our car like that?? Not even a single attempt to contact us. The next day I called them as soon as they opened. I asked the lady on the phone what happened and she said that it was MY fault as I didn't leave them a phone # to contact me. I told her that i left it with the attendant that processed my payment and i asked for a refund for the service that was supposed to take 2-3 hours, but ended up costing my girlfriend to miss work in the morning because she didn't have a car!! she said to come get the car and i would have to speak to the manager. I arrived and ended up speaking to the manager who told me they "threw away" my phone # and closed early because "it was raining"! He said it was impossible to get a refund. the lady at the desk and the manager constantly kept trying to blame me and my girlfriend for THEIR mistake as well as mixing up their side of the story every couple minutes. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and how the entire place is run and managed. my 15 year old cousin who is a lifeguard gives better customer service at his local pool than this place ever will to anybody. If having peace of mind when you're dropping off your car for a service is important to you, do yourself a favor and save the headache of dealing with these people !! Stay away from here!! read more

Terrible! I will never go there again. Being a frequent customer I normally get the $16.00 package but today I decided I didn't need vacuum but wanted everything else which I explained to cashier. He told me it would be $10.00 which I thought was reasonable. Too good to be true! For $10.00 it doesn't come with hand dry or amoral on my tires manually. The manager who was not helpful said "The machine takes care of it for $10.00" Really! So he then said for $2.00 more he could get someone to dry it for me.......Not worth it to me when I can go by my house and get a quick wash with someone to hand dry it for $7.00! and that includes my tires!
