Really loved this car wash! Decided to try them since I've never been there and I saw people working on the cars after they came through the wash. I also like when they provide vacuum services as well. I got the basic wash and vacuum, but they also have more detailed services where they thoroughly clean the inside. These were a bit more pricey, but made sense when you consider what you're getting. The people are really friendly, there is a restaurant inside and they are unapologetically Christian- there is a prayer wall, a scripture on the receipt and they play Christian music. I was not expecting all of this when I pulled in but it was a pleasant surprise! They have covered standing and seating options outside and seats to wait inside also. They give you a free wash three days later, so it's really like a 2 for 1 deal. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new car wash spot! read more

If I could give 0 stars. I would. Don't come here if you're looking for quality. Took my e63 amg for a "paint correction" got my car absolutely butchered. Came back to see if they'd honor a fix or to refund my money & the "owner" Kevin aggressively refused and asked me to leave. Mind you I Paid $460 for a paint correction and they only did one pass & with little to no compound material. Horrible service and attitude. If you want a paint correction go to a detailer, not a car wash place that has machines that will scratch the paint the moment you take it in, state they will paint correct the vehicle and not do it properly. My mistake for not going over the reviews prior to taking it in and my mistake for taking an amg to a public car wash In the first place. The cleaning of my vehicle was average, and my expectations were not met for a $30 dollar car wash. They didn't clean around the cup holders, left dust all over the dashboard, and the windows had streaks. This level of cleaning is what I would expect from a gas station car wash. read more

absolutely the worst car wash ever. i was the only customer when arriving .. there is more dirt on my car now then when i brought it in ..they advertise how they will clean your wheels -- NOPE ... lots of spots everywhere. they advertise $26.99 for car wash. was charged a 3% convenience fee for using credit card. There is absolutely no where in their facility that states that. I got my money back from the manager for the 3% fee. He said that it is automatically added when using your credit card .. Oh my gosh, there should be something on the machine that says that before using the credit card. I mentioned to the cashier and she was clueless ... asked her to call manager ... don't know if she tried 'cause I had to go outside to find one ..she spoke English at the beginning and then acted like she didn't understand. she cussed me out and told me to Fxxx off and shot me the bird. Oh my gosh, zero customer service with the cashier. I don't recommend this car wash unless you want a dirtier car leaving then coming in. read more

I have been a customer of this location for 15 years. I am part of their gleem card program which means I get every fifth wash free. I pay $27 per wash otherwise. Today, when I took my car in, they told me that they were no longer wiping down the cupholders or the dash. What?? if I wanted that service, I would need to pay an extra $60 on top of the $27 I had already paid. They made no adjustment to the price of the wash that I already receive, just took away services. I am extremely disappointed and will never come back. read more

Came here for the first time & left with bent air cap nozzles & 2 flat tires from their machines. By the way, I never got a refund for the $14 basic car wash I got! UPDATE: 02/24/19 Once I got to work today my tire pressure light came on, I couldn't get to it til after work & I see a flat tire. I take off the air cap to find that it snaps in half (just like the 2 before at the car wash). I'm furious, cause that also means my last good tire is bound to go flat if I unscrew the other air cap to find another broken valve. I had to use a donut tire to get me home & to school the next morning! The worse part is since I didn't check to see the right side of my car (that wasn't flat that day at the wash) the car wash won't pay for it this time! Now I will have to pay out of pocket for the air valves on the right side of my car. read more

So unprofessional and disgusting, i drove 40 min to get to this car wash because a friend recommended it, i pay 275$ for the full service and it wasn't what i expected, my seats still had stains everywhere they didn't vacuum my carpet so i came back the last day of my warranty and Ms. Alma said she couldn't accept my receipt because the young lady that sold the full service so she told me to come back the next day. My MIL took her car into Dr. Gleem on Bellaire Blvd for a wash & wax. Big mistake. She didn't check any reviews. She did check the car over before leaving the car wash, noticing that the trunk door between the hinges was filthy, so she made the staff clean that. But that's all she noticed. Yet I could see grease stains, not removed; the sliding windows had not been opened, thus the tops revealed dirt on all four windows, and you could see the smearing from the cloth they used, on the glass, now that is poor. There were a few more issues of poor practice a trained eye would spot, but a little old lady in her mid 70s wouldn't. She won't be going back. She should never have tipped them $15 either. read more

I've been visiting this place for the past few years because it is close to home, reasonably priced, and I always get a good service. Well today will be the last time I visit this establishment. The cashier at the front was going on loud multiple rants with various customers about her political views. While I understand everyone has a view I do not believe complaining about your job and how you don't respect illegal immigrants is not an appropriate public workplace conversation. I was personally offended by some of the comments she made and she did not seem to care there was a lobby of waiting customers. How unprofessional. read more

Samantha the "general manager" did not honor the price I was quoted even though the man who wrote the ticket confirmed that was the price he quoted me, she cancelled my service instead of honoring the price. VERY RUDE, typical bad attitude employee. I asked for contact information for the OWNER, but Samantha refused to give it to me. Another customer came in right after me complaining about the same employee. She was sweet and apologetic to that customer who was a different race than me, but continued to be very RUDE to me. This is not the same. I started coming to this Carwash since 2004. Normally come here every month. It used to be great customer service. Cashiers don't even acknowledge you. This time both of them were on a personal call, stood there looking at them until I gave them my ticket. No hello, no nothing, why? Because they were on the phone on personal calls. I took a seat in the lobby waiting on my car and they did that to at least 5-6 people. I need to find me another replace to go. read more
