NOW THREE MONTHS LATER, I can't figure out why so many transactions and extra money is coming out of my escrow account. I called the agent and found out he has already credited and rebilled my policy three times. Never a phone call. No communication. I was getting checks from the insurance group and didn't know why. It was due to the twice credit and rebills. And NOW......oops. His comment to me was: "oops, I forgot to check a box". My policy is an ADDITIONAL $400! RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THESE FOLKS!!!! They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR QUOTES AND WILL CHANGE THE AMOUNT WITHOUT TELLING YOU!

He was well aware that I needed insurance right away, commencing today and indicated that would not be a problem. It is about ten minutes to five, and the employee never telephoned me back. He had at least seven hours to tell me something, but apparently my request was disregarded. I had to telephone him, and he gave me the impression that not much had been done to find me a policy.
