Amazing customer service. They took the time to help me understand my insurance. And I was shocked at how great the prices were.

They found seating for our large group, and we had one of the most attentive, personable, and organized servers I've ever experienced. I wish I had gotten his name because he deserves all the recognition. We had four generations of family represented, and somehow he kept everyone's drink orders, straight, even the refills. He made sure every order was correct despite special requests and substitutions. He timed the appetizers and entrées perfectly, so no one was awkwardly waiting for their food, and he split all of our checks quickly and accurately. On top of all that, he managed to make friendly conversation and kept everyone in a celebratory mood the entire time. He was genuinely impressive. The food was just as enjoyable, the menu offered a variety so everyone found something they were excited to order. I had the cedar planked salmon with the most delicious bourbon glaze. We also shared the deviled eggs and the chips and dip which were both good. Even the chicken tenders got rave reviews from the young ones. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate PawPaws 90th birthday. Great food, exceptional service, and a wonderful experience for the entire family.

Our appetizer which was a long platter could not be sat in the middle due to uneven tables. But even before that I sat my tea glass and spilled the entire glass . The waiter who was present came back and only partially cleaned it up and didn't replace our napkins which we had used to hold back the tea. My son had to go get napkins to clean his side of the table and a puddle of tea was still on the floor when we left. My tilapia for the first time had a fishy taste and mine and my wife's matchsticks vegetables were very sour for the first time. I did not eat mine. My son's chicken Parmesan dish had a macaroni cheese noodles. Last of all I was going to use my InKind app to pay only to find you no longer use it. First time ever I was disappointed here. Believe I have always given a 5 but 2 is best I can do today.

The manager personally came over to ask about my allergy and to assure me they had gone as far as making a new breading mixture for my entree to avoid cross-contamination. Talk about going the extra mile!! Very impressed with the quality of service and our server Kevin did a fantastic job of taking care of us! Now - the food. We had the chips, salsa and queso to start. The queso is thick, creamy and has just the right touch of spiciness. So good! The salsa is finely chopped and very flavorful. 10/10 on all of the above! Everything fried was delicious!! The seasoning in the breading was good and the sides were a good quantity and also very good. But - the desserts...YUM!! We got the chocolate cake which was so fluffy and coated in chocolate that melted in our mouths. The key lime pie was equally high on the yum factor! Don't skip dessert here!! Can't wait to go back and try more menu items. I'm quite sure everything they make will be worth the trip! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

I ordered grilled salmon and my wife ordered fried catfish. Service was prompt and food was plentiful. My salmon had a cilantro cream sauce that was lightly seasoned and complemented my generous portion of salmon. It was accompanied by some nicely cooked rice and green beans and two hush puppies. My wife enjoyed her generous portion of fried catfish and coleslaw and ate a little of her fries and pinto beans. She said the fries and beans were fine but she was full from all of the catfish. Overall, it was a tasty meal but y'all better be hungry because you're gonna get plenty of eat here. Come check em out!

First, we had lunch with Dad and his wife and we met Robin, whose customer service was amazing from her subtle, witty sense of humor to her ability to know what and how to say things to communicate with a diverse age group and had us laughing and enjoying so much that we came back for dinner. Having dinner at the bar, we had the pleasure of being greeted by the bartender, Tiffany, who is so genuinely happy and seems such a kind, genuine, down to earth person who made sure everything was perfect with our dinner while providing excellent service to the rest of the bar at the same time. The TVs in the bar area played great entertainment as well as the usual big screen sports, which i definitely appreciate. Our group tried a variety of menu items, and all were delicious, and everyone enjoyed those legendary rolls every time as well! I highly recommend this obviously well managed establishment because it seems to run like clockwork and if anything goes wrong they make it right immediately!

There's plenty of nice local establishments, but some can be pricey and some are just more casual than you want. Scott Williams has perfected the restaurants of Tyler that are balanced between affordable and still quite nice. He got his toes in the water with FDs, before expanding into Javi's, Twelve, and now the fanciest of them all in III Palms. I thought of all those options, Twelve would be the most unique and tasty for my girlfriend and I. We went in an hour before they closed on a Sunday and were seated immediately. We weren't too hungry so we didn't expect to be there past their closing time, and we were ready to go. Our waiter was quick and attentive, bringing us water and helping us decide on drinks from the bar and our order. He also showed us their insane over-the-top whiskey menu. If you like whiskey, give Twelve a shot I guess. To order, I just got their 'Osaka Style' Pressed Roll while my girlfriend got a Sushi Bowl Salad. We got Sweet Potato Fries to share. As for drinks, I started with their Monkey See, Monkey Do, an impressive and firm beverage, while my girlfriend ordered their Destin Dream, a fun Pina Colada-like drink. It wasn't long before our food came out. The sushi was beautifully plated with some wasabi and pickled ginger on the side. I destroyed all the rolls. They were all very fresh and very high quality, which was remarkable for their $13.50 price tag. My girlfriend's sushi bowl looked insane. She ate most of it, but I filled the gaps and devoured the rest of it. The sweet potato fries were crispy and heavenly like all sweet potato fries usually are. I felt adventurous and I got a second drink of their Rose Garden, which was simple but flavorful. Compared to FDs, the menu might be a little more sea-inspired and more adventurous, but I think it leads to better, more unique food, especially with offerings like Oyster Rockefeller and a sushi bar. I also know Twelve does a great brunch as well, so keep that on your radar. Ultimately, as the bill came, the price was very manageable even with the alcohol. It's nice that you don't fully have to break the bank to have a nice meal in Tyler thanks to places like Twelve. I rate it a 12/10. Get it? hahahaha... RIYL: A slightly adventurous, but affordable night out.

Finally our intrigue outgrew our wariness and we decided to go for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by everything we encountered! We were seated promptly and our server was awesome! We order the queso as a starter and the serving size was massive and fed our group of 4 PLENTY of cheese. I personally ordered the chicken fajitas and while I wouldn't say there was anything impressive about them I did think they were good. Additionally we ordered the lobster Mac and cheese, pork sliders, and chicken tortilla soup. All of us came to the conclusion at the end of dinner that we really enjoyed our time at Lago Del Pino and thought our food was good. It's definitely a place you go to more for the view and atmosphere than the food but that doesn't have to mean that the food is bad! I'd recommend coming out and trying it for yourself if you're on the fence.

The only indoor seating was around the bar. Place is dirty because of the new flooring. Probably should have just shut down for the night to clean. We started with the trio appetizer. The queso has been sitting for a while and there was a skin on top when they served it, the street corn is old, and the salsa is middle of the road. We met our daughter and her boyfriend for dinner. When the waitress came over instead of taking drink orders she asked if we wanted to do shots. We opted for water. He had the shrimp Alfredo. It only came with 4 over cooked shrimp. My wife and I had the fajita special. This is nothing special. They cut the meat with the grain instead of against it, so it made them chewy. And just tasted like grilled flank steak not really fajitas. The waitress through the whole meal was hard to find and we ended up waiting for about 20 minutes to get the check. Mind you there were only 6 people at the bar plus the 4 of us. We were the only people in the whole place. We might come back in the fall for drinks and the live band but not the food.

Overall, I would recommend this theater but there are some important considerations…read more This theater offers a full service bar and kitchen. There is a small dining area directly inside of the business, if you'd like to eat before or after your movie. Food and drinks can also be ordered from a push button at your seat, inside of the movie theater, to eat during the movie. Food and drinks can be brought to your seat throughout the movie as much as you like. However, most of the kitchen options were unavailable tonight. I overheard some guests were upset about this. The seats are pretty nice, comfortable leather seats that lean back slightly. The seats are close to the ground though. The leather seats could have been alittle cleaner but I didn't feel that the theater was unclean altogether. There is a small table on a swivel at your seat. We saw Avatar: Fire and Ash. Picture quality and sound was on par with other major movie theaters, but the actual theater was fairly small, about 80 chairs total. The waiters do a good job of being unobtrusive, but you can see them walking around from time to time taking orders and bringing food while the movie is playing. Not a huge deal, but it does take away from the immersive experience slightly. When we received our bill at the end of the movie, I was surprised to see an "18% Service Charge" already applied as a tip for the waiter. There was also a spot for "additional tip", if you'd like to leave one. In our case, we ordered two drinks and a small popcorn, so it felt alittle absurd for gratuity to be automatically applied. I would return to this theater again to see another movie but AMC is still my #1 choice.
