I've used several different lawn care companies over the years and none of them compare to the amazing job Texas Fireman has done so far. Their response time was faster than expected and pricing was on point. When they showed up to mow and weed eat my lawn they did so in a timely manner. And by that I mean they were quick but not too quick! They actually took their time, didn't miss any spots and didn't leave my yard looking like a bad haircut. I was VERY impressed. The one thing that stood out to me the most was that they actually mow the grass in beautiful STRAIGHT lines! No lawn company has ever mowed my grass that beautifully. I obtained 3 estimates, and they were the highest, plus they tried to sneak an additional $180 in for a wreath that I didn't ask for. I had a referral from a neighbor, so I figured I would use them anyway thinking that their professionalism would be the highest as well. I was wrong. I should have been alarmed when it took 3 days for them to provide an estimate. I went ahead and agreed to it anyway. They told me someone would be reaching out regarding scheduling. Fast forward 4 more days and I still hadn't heard from anyone. I had to contact them. I was told that they still couldn't give me a date, but it would be at least a week. At that point, I decided to cancel and go with the lower estimate. I had my lights installed the next day. Stay away from these people. They have AWFUL communication and obviously have no interest in caring for their customers. read more
