There was some delay on the day of the service. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal, but since I worked the night before and the night of, and wanted to wait for the service to be done to verify everything was good, it was a bit frustrating. However, after about 2hrs from the original time they were supposed to arrive, they came in a 3 people crew and got to work quickly. Not only did they do an excellent job with what I asked for, they even mowed our yards and spray the area to prevent weed from growing. They lure you in with a discounted price and verbally promise to complete all work. Once on‑site, they cut corners. Tasks they verbally agreed to include were later claimed to be excluded from the service. To make matters worse, they threatened to call the police if I did not pay. They even claimed they did not inspect the backyard during their quote visit. Excuse me? We explicitly mentioned both front and back yards over the phone, and they confirmed the price covered both yards. I have hired numerous yard‑work contractors before, and this is by far my worst experience. Because their cleanup was incomplete, we requested them to come back for re‑cleaning. After an argument, they did show up to do the additional work. However, during this follow‑up cleanup, they still refused to perform the bush-cutting and debris‑removal they had verbally promised. When we followed up to check on the status, they completely ignored our messages and only kept demanding payment. Too busy to argue further, we simply paid the bill to resolve the situation.
