He did not asked us to sign any contracts on the first meeting, and he suggested several options of fixing the back siding. Manuel had waited until the weather was sunny and warm with no rain in the forecast and completed a great job on our back siding. He replaced areas with holes and painted the entire back side of the house. Remember, Manuel's bid was at least, 5 times less than other local and national roofing companies that had their company sign all over the neighborhood. I strongly recommend Centex Carpet and Paint.
