Three days ago, my microwave started tripping the breaker every time we turned it on. I knew that we needed to get it fixed or replaced quickly. His service fee is rolled into any repair fee as well. Despite it being the holiday season, I was able to get an appointment quickly. The communication was clear and he showed up in a timely fashion. He was transparent about the repairs. He clearly explained what was wrong, what my repair options were, including the value of each option. This enabled me to decide which level of repair I wanted and evaluate against replacing the appliance overall. He had the parts I needed with him and showed me what was replaced. While I seriously hope that I don't need to call him again soon, he is definitely going to be my go to repair person for any of my repair needs.
