My experience with EOS has been extremely frustrating. This gym has been open for less than a year…read moreand has already gone through three different sales managers, which speaks volumes about the lack of consistency and leadership. I referred two individuals to this location, which should have qualified me for three months of free membership per their referral program. However, despite multiple attempts to get clarity and resolution, the internal team has been completely unhelpful. Communication has been poor across the board, and it has been nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at a corporate level via phone. At this point, it feels like they have done everything possible to ignore the situation and avoid honoring their own referral incentives. There was no follow-ups, no accountability, and no clear answers. On top of that, I also signed up for assisted stretching services and was very disappointed with the experience. Based on the contract terms, I hand-delivered a cancellation notice to their corporate office in Dallas (off the Tollway), but the cancellation was still denied. Once again, I ran into the same issues with poor communication, lack of follow-up, and it took nearly a month just to get in touch with someone.

My friends and I were interested in joining a gym together, so we went to the 24 Hour Fitness in Richardson yesterday to get our guest passes. We filled everything out online, signed the waivers at the gym, and the employee told us we could visit other locations for three days to try out their amenities. We went to the Plano location today and presented the guest passes we received from Richardson. That's when the manager, Eloise, stopped us and claimed our papers weren't legitimate. I was confused and honestly baffled because we followed all the steps at the Richardson location. She didn't even try to verify the information in her system before assuming we were lying. I asked her to call the Richardson gym to confirm everything--because seriously, who fakes a gym guest pass? She called, but they couldn't verify anything either since the employee who helped us wasn't working today. At that point, I was already frustrated for two reasons: 1. Her attitude was terrible, especially toward three potential new members. 2. She had the nerve to tell me, "There's no reason for you to raise your voice," when I was just trying to explain the situation. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years, and I've never seen a manager escalate a situation like this. Isn't a manager supposed to de-escalate issues? We even asked, if the vouchers were invalid, could she just issue new ones? She said no because the Richardson and Plano systems are different. Again--how is that our problem? Why couldn't she be helpful and try to solve the issue? Maybe offer us a tour of the gym or at least acknowledge that we made an effort? Her attitude came across like, "Wow, they're lying." It's a gym, not some fancy restaurant. Like, what??? I had heard good things about this gym, but after today, I'd strongly advise people to stay away--at least from the Plano location. If this is how they treat guest pass holders who are genuinely interested in signing up, that says a lot. I really hope 24 Hour Fitness addresses the behavior of their manager, Eloise.

The turf is massive and they have wonderful strength equipment. The locker room is clean and pristine!! They also have amenities and showers if you are booking it to work after. If more up close and personal training is what you are looking for they have that and it is a low key environment so you get the 411 and the lay of the land. I enjoy having this as an option when I want to do my own thing. If you are self sufficient in the gym this will be your vibe. There are boxing classes too in the early mornings and after work. My wife and I are Club4 members and have been for about nine months, and although McKinney is our…read more"home gym", this location has seen some fill-in duty from both of us over the past few months, most recently when the McKinney location had a power issue and couldn't take members. It's a big, well lit, still-has-that-new-smell kind of place, with tons of new equipment and nary an out-of-order sign to be seen on our most recent visit. We only briefly interacted with the staff, and they were friendly and greeted us warmly. I briefly darted into the locker area to use the men's room, it was clean and well stocked. As for the equipment, I'm all about the "put on the headphones and hit the pin-loaded weight machines", and that's what I did. This gym has a couple of machines that our usual one doesn't, so that was a nice change of pace. If there's a downside, there's only one pec fly/deltoid machine, and since it does two exercises, it's always in high demand, and I had to wait for two others to do their reps. The McKinney location has two of these, and there's often still a wait. We also hit the ellipticals for a few minutes to warm up, and they were super clean and new as well. As always, we closed out our workout with the Hydromassage, and even with four chairs, there was a brief wait, but no biggie. Bottom line, this is a super clean, well lit, well managed gym with no judgment and plenty of options for your workout.

After multiple calls, instead of taking responsibility, I'm being spoken to as if this is my fault for signing something your employee gave me incorrectly. If this isn't dishonest behavior, then what do you call it? Very disappointed in how this was handled. This is not how a professional business operates.

As soon as I went to the class 3 employee went in to the class and talk to me that either I'll be a member or ill pay $16 for a day membership. I'm already like 15-20mins late for the class, they should have talk to me after and do all the talking. Anyway, it is embarassing what they did i don't mind to pay or whatever since I actually paying like $250 in other studio for a month and other membership as well but to bombard me with 3 people like it seems like i did a crime or something i got so embarassed and not welcome at all.
