Do not buy or bid any cars from this auction as their pre-sale Manheim Certified vehicles are nothing but a major scam. They are intended to fool the trusting buyer into overlooking the catastrophes hidden underneath. The car that was pre-sale Certified by this auction was so badly rusted that it has structural integrity issues. The car cannot be sold. The issue was brought up to the attention of their arbitration, but they refuse to honor their commitment and their guarantee. This auction sold me a car with a 4.3 condition report and did not report that this vehicle had frame damage and previous paint work throughout. I called arbitration and they basically are not taking any responsibility. How can I trust this auction house word ever again? They will say a car is great condition to sell it to you but after you find a MAJOR issue that they did not disclose they will not take any responsibility. This is a SHADY BUSINESS! This is the WORST AUCTION PERIOD!! I bought a Bentley gt for $35,000 cash and paid for a psi, drove the car home and on the way home the car's motor BLEW up on the freeway. I didn't have the car 30 minutes. And when I tried to return the car to arbitration they told me they wasn't responsible for the car and I had to take the lost! WOW!! So I've had to get a lawyer and EVERYTHING. They are so unprofessional and they are compulsive liars. Please Whatever you do, AVOID THIS SCAMMING AUCTION AT ALL COST! And I've done my research and found out that this isn't the first time that this has happened. Poorly managed, poorly staffed, under staffed. Except for the employees in the office most are contract/temporary workers who couldn't care less and work like they are paid less than minimum wage. I have had two vehicles on two different occasions that I paid to have taken there, were pre registered and they never crossed the block and I SPENT HOURS TRYING TO LOCATE THEM AND ONE WAS DOWN THE ROAD AT THE RECON CENTER. And nobody gave a crap. They are there to cater to the big boys for selling but they forget without all us little guys, there would be no buyers.
