When I reached out to request a reasonable cost sharing discussion, the dealership immediately shut down any conversation, hid behind the "as is" language, and refused any goodwill assistance. Their final response stated they would not engage further, leaving no path to resolve the issue professionally. What's most frustrating is not that the car needed repairs, but the complete lack of accountability or willingness to stand behind what was represented at sale. I also confirmed on the phone I would be able to drive it. Once there, they tried to get me into the financing department BEFORE a test drive! They have a very good selection of vehicles and they are priced fairly reasonably. Read the negative review I wrote about this place in particular with Chang and finance representative on their website about Chang and this finance guy lying to me from the beginning and due to their lie, they ran my credit with a hardhit when they werent supposed to due to the program I was going thru. Capital One has a special program online thru Cargurus.com with certain dealerships. Chang told me they were and asked that I text him the reference# to the app I filled out for financing with Capital One. After speaking with Capital One as Extreme Autoplex (Chang) told me they were part of it, Capital One told me this dealership is not part of the program but can call them to become one. UPDATE: TWO weeks after this whole debacle, they are still trying to fight us by saying we owe them for a non-refundable deposit on the truck that we were led to believe had a clear title...they never told us about the bond. WE WOULD HAVE NEVER MOVED FORWARD ON A BONDED VEHICLE. We are getting our lawyer involved to settle this and they will most likely end up having to cover all our expenses involved in this mess but this is time we'll never get back. STAY AWAY FROM EVERYONE HERE! Original: Arranged for the long distance purchase of a truck that required flying into Houston from Dallas and driving it 4+ hours home. On the day of our arrival, not only had to wait several hours in the heat for them to prep the car despite knowing what time we'd be there to pick it up, our credit union (fortunately) wouldn't transfer the money because Extreme Autoplex tried to slide a bonded title by us and the bank! We never would have considered the vehicle if we'd known it was bonded and had time to look into what that meant. Extreme Autoplex NEVER told us it was a bonded title and let us knowingly go through with flying (during COVID too) into to pick the truck and claiming it was a clean title the whole time. We were stuck in Houston with no way home. They tried to play the good guys by saying we could drive it home and they'd secure a bank that dealt with bonded titles. We tried to get them to work with us for the added hassle and they wouldn't budge a measly $500 on a $30k truck. We went through the process to initially get the truck, then were going to have to do it all again with their bank for a HIGHER RATE, stuck with a bonded title for 3 YEARS, the cost of our flight, our wasted time, and the headache of dealing with their lying! And wouldn't budge $500... These folks help reassure the reputation of sleazy car salesman by withholding information until they have secured a sale. We feel fortunate to have walked away from the car......which they re-listed and STILL AREN'T POSTING THE TITLE ISSUE! Stay away. read more

So I looked online found two! Called back informed the gentlemen of my findings and then was told there is no negotiating prices of vehicles. Purchasing our vehicle through this dealership was a pretty easy process. Everyone seemed very nice and accommodating. However, at the end of the process there seemed to be some confusion when it came to tax, title and license. We live in Louisiana, obviously the dealership in in Texas. Ultimately we decided to finance TT&L with the dealership and let them handle it instead of us doing it in Louisiana at our local credit union. MISTAKE. The charged us all the tt&l fees. Few weeks later we received the title (not in our name) with a check for the sales tax. We contacted the delearship several different times in regards to getting our $112.50 that they charged for title and license & they have refused to refund it. They didnt title the car in our name, charged us the fees for it and kept our money resulting in us having to pay those fees twice. When we spoke to the dealership they refused to refund us and we were told if they didnt use it for that, they'd use it for something else. They cannot give us an answer to what the funds were used for. $112.50 may not seem like a lot of money to some but its the whole point of the situation and feeling like you've been taken advantage of. I would NOT recommend purchasing with them and especially not if you're out of state!! read more

Extreme's solution was for us to apply for a personal loan and lie about the reason. They suggested and I quote that we say it is for a kitchen remodel or whatever they need to hear to loan us the money. They kept my $500 which I would like back but also want everyone to know their willingness to deceive lenders. It was April 17 when I sent an inquiry for a posted 2006 Lexus LX470 from Extreme Autoplex. The following day Miguel sent me an email corresponding to my inquiry and offered his assistance. I then moved on to look at other vehicles of the same model and make to compare that suits my budget. Miguel followed through text and email about it's availability. He was patient and accommodating making sure all my questions are addressed. They eventually lowered down the price which is a good thing for me. I am from Las Vegas, and buying a vehicle from thousands of miles away can be nerve racking. Miguel answered all my questions and is transparent so far with the details of the vehicle as I am very picky and meticulous on cars. I am 2 days away in picking it up at their dealership in Texas and will drive it all the way back to Las Vegas along with my 2 kids. I hope it turns out well and they prepare the vehicle for the long haul. Price is good, customer service is 9 out of 10, the quality of the vehicle is yet to be proven if its good as advertised.
