Really disappointed to see that refrigerator has failed in less than 2 years of normal use. Upper part is not cooling. So far, #ge nor Milton's are willing to help. Would be really hard press purchase another #geappliances or buy products from Milton's again.

Between sale items not being available for showing and backed up for delivery towards end of August and pushy salesmen we didnt manage to get anything going. We just moved into our new build home and wanted to find some light furnishings and more importantly some beds for family to sleep on since we decided to junk our old smelly mattresses from the place we were renting prior. Almost home and we saw mr. Nabb sign from other side of highway. Decided to stop for one last shot at finding something and was I glad we did. Met by such a personable family that owned the store. They made us felt welcomed, listen to our story and began to pull out all sorts of mattresses from the back for is to lay on and try to find a perfect match for our preferences. It was closing time for them but they were doing their best to provide us with unparalleled experience. Not only did we get fair prices on all items we chose, but they actually had them available right there and then. Owner even offered to deliver them to us that same night so my family wouldn't have to sleep on the floors not one night more. I couldn't even begin to explain how much that meant to me. I highly recommend this lovely business and encourage all new folks moving to Bastrop to check them out and promise you wont regret it. Thank you mr Nabb family, you have customer for life with us!

Because we had a large delivery of nearly $2,000 worth of items, we paid extra for delivery. After they dropped everything off and took off we realized that they pulled and delivered multiple incorrect items. The items were correct on the receipt, but they simply brought the wrong stuff. Everyone makes mistakes and if they had come out and made the exchange with the corrected items it would have been fine, but they refused. We really tried. We talked with the manager, the driver, the guys we placed the order with, but they would not come back out to replace. They made us go back in there to make the exchanges. We had to borrow a truck and get everything incorrectly dropped off loaded into the truck and make the journey ourselves to make the exchange. No one was happy about this on our end. We lost time and we lost money when the workers had nothing to do because Smith Supply dropped off the wrong materials. This is really poor business and we all decided it was our last time purchasing from this company for any of our future projects or needs. We did not find them honest nor anyone we would want to buy from again. There are too many great companies to buy from and this was a really negative experience for all of us.

They always show their Texas charm and helpful ways to complete a project. Not one time in twenty years have I got any lip from any of the employees for not knowing what I was needing for a job I wasn't sure I could even do. The owner Mr. Smith taught them well and must be keeping them happy too since they seem very content in their work. It is the #1 place I go to for hen scratch, plumbing supplies, fencing and look forward every spring for vegetable plants to mull over. It's nice to have a keeper right here in town for hardware and supplies, a local gem. Thank you all for your service!
