I've been a repeat customer at the clinic for about 6 years, buying different laser packages. This is the last time I will be going back. Apparently they have a rule that if you don't come in for a year, you cannot use the package you've bought. This was the first time I was hearing about this rule and I was apparently 1 day over this 1 year rule. They would not honor the packages I had purchased even though I have been giving them repeat business since 2017. If they would have allowed me to just use the package I had purchased, I would have stayed but this feels wrong, especially for a customer that's been giving you business for 6 years. Sounds like they are in the business of stealing money now because I still have sessions left and they wouldn't honor them. If there is a 1 year rule then they should have been upfront about it whenever someone buys a package from them, but in all the years of buying from them this was the first time I heard of this. Very disappointing and I will not be going back and letting my family and friends now what happened as well so they too know what could happen to their money with this business. Ms Azar is very professional and explained the process to me. I am sooo happy to know that they have the newest laser equipment. Years ago, I used to get laser hair removal treatment, it used to be so painful and messy, I would feel heat that an ice pack was needed. But here at Texas Laser Clinic, they use a wonderful system that cools my face as each area is treated. It feels like someone blew gently into my face. I call that moment in time "Angel kiss!" Would never repeat, for IPL, for 2 reasons. 1) I've had many IPLs at other places and they always help reduce my dark spots on my face. But I got no results at all from this IPL. First, it didn't sting at all during treatment - that should have been a clue. Then, no dark spots showed (ever) after treatment, to eventually sluff off and reduce my dark spots. Took me FOREVER to get my first appt...-1*. HOWEVER, Saturday, when I finally went for my appointment I had a great experience. Clean space, friendly front desk....the technician gave me a good 10min consultation explaining everything to expect, after care, etc for laser hair removal and took her time with the procedure. The worst place in Texas. I have never seen such a rude people in DFW area. Their customer service is awful, specialy AFSOON in the front desk. Azar,the person who do the Laser is not really nice and precise. My hair is not remove evenly! Can you believe it!!! I did the a high price laser and now I have patchy legs and face. I have been going here for three years. Azur has been doing my hair removal. They have the BEST prices. They also just got a new technician, Lana, she was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I am very happy with my hair removal results. I have very thick, coarse, black hair and their laser treatments have done wonders for me! My skin is SO soft and hair free. Buyer be aware. This establishment over sells the groupons and then has a difficult time giving appointments. If you are lucky to get an appointment then hope and pray that the lasers are working. The technicians tell you how you are the perfect candidate and will see amazing results for the treatment but make you sign paper work beforehand that explains you may see NO results to cover themselves. Oh and lets not forget the discounts they offer in order to write positive reviews for them!!! Very unethical business practice and not professional at all. Seems like good deal only for the groupon value. Don't fall for their trap on getting an upgrade while at their establishment like I did (ended up paying another $400 for full bikini on top of the groupon I had; BIG mistake). Dr. karimi is one of the best ,she really knows her stuff and she gives you 100% of her attention. she answers any questions you have and they have so many frame selections to choose from. the waiting area is very zen and the front desk girls are welcoming. as far as the laser hair removal , I have had amazing results . The tech takes her time and explains any concern you have. the pricing is the best your going to find in the plano/frisco area. overall its a pretty spa. I was one of the unlucky ones who decided to take advantage of the Groupon special this facility was offering. It took 4 months to get the first appointment scheduled and another 3 months have flown by and I have yet to get the second session scheduled. They have been very unresponsive, do not return calls, send countless emails and still cannot get any cooperation. Good thing I only wasted 100 dollars. This is the worst place. You should stay away. When I first went using a groupon, I got great service from Michelle. I bought a package of 10 facials back in Oct 2012 to be used one a month. I should have had 8 or 9 facials by now but have been given only 3. Michelle left the co. and I got Azar who has forgotten my appointments, has not had the right supplies to provide the service, or has outright cancelled appointments, even waiting until I was driving to the clinic. This has happened at least 5 times. I asked to have another aesthetician and was told they didn't have anyone else. I've asked to have a refund- they will not give me one. I'm totally fed up. Never go-- you will get facials with no steam to open pores, paper towels to wipe your face, and pores that aren't cleaned. read more

Signed up for 14 laser hair removal treatments for my face over the course of a year. Seven weeks after my treatments began, I noticed a heavy growth of dark black facial hair. I tried to contact the tech (Azar) and she never answered. When we finally did speak, she claimed it was new growth and refused to hear the description of the type of hair I had grown. When I told her that I would have to get this done again, she said OK and abruptly hung up on me. There was no effort to rectify the problem or even evaluate the hair growth. The staff was friendly but that was about it. My appointments were cancelled twice and when I was finally able to get in the original technician that gave me my consultation was no longer there. She had originally told me that the bikini area treated will go in about 2 fingers wide on each side. When I told them that they said sorry she's no longer here but I could upgrade and get that done. They treated my bikini area the very outskirts and my upper lip. I've had laser hair removal before. When the laser hits the hair it's suppose to burn it off and when it hits the follicles it keep the follicles from growing hair after my treatment it was as if it was never treated. I left a little hair so when they did it I could see the hair burn off but it was still there!! Horrible experience will cancel my next appointment and go pay the other clinic off of Frankford that I have been too because they not only have a friendly staff but service is great!!
