I attended in spring 2019 my tuition was $2598 because I'm having to pay out of state tuition. I was told in order to have my tuition covered I would have to max out my student loan to 5200 to top it off I was also informed the 5250 wouldn't cover the 2598. I had to make an additional payment of $285 out of my own pocket! This place is committing fraud and are under investigation by the board of higher education. There is absolutely no reason I should have to take out a loan for 5200 then have to pay an additional payment of $285. They are taking advantage of students and bleeding them dry.

Parking tickets, paid garage parking if you don't have time to take a bus across town to get to the campus and hike to class. When I was attending, the construction was so bad on the roads I popped a tire on a rock and was stranded for 4 hours. Professors are absolutely terrible. They are condescending and rude. The course work is absolutely ridiculous across majors, a lot of professors don't clearly define projects but then grade you as if they did. Healthcare Administration program professors mock students and spread misinformation, try to make students fearful of their future careers and financial courses are useless to the job, an old man talking about his "knowledge" about healthcare finances. Required reading: the book he wrote. Project management course, I worked on a commercial for the school, professor took off points because she didn't like the commercial and said it wasn't "relevant" to healthcare administration because I didn't include stock images of an administrative job. I had to call professors out regularly for their unethical and insufficient grading. All of this during my two years there, and I had at least two professors openly mock me as if I was dumb. The last straw was them telling me to work 40 hour weeks in residency that I had to secure from their "approved list" with no pay or promise of a job in the end. Changed my major the next week. One professor told me I would be "working at McDonald's" if I changed my major and another mocked a response I had to the lesson in a sarcastic tone both in front of the class. I felt totally embarrassed and absolutely alone, overworked and overwhelmed while attending this school. I wish I could get my money and time back from this university, but in the very least have my degree that I worked so hard for. One psychology History & Theory course in particular held me back from graduating because professor gave over 100 assignments during the semester and took off points because she didn't agree with your opinions, on opinion based assignments. Begged her and asked what I could do to bring my grade up multiple times during the semester and she refused consistently and failed me in the end. Tail end of COVID. $1000 to retake the course. I spent more time trying explain myself to these professors than I ever should have as a college student, it's their job to grade properly and set students up for success, instead they use their position to bully students. They withheld my degree over this one class and the professor has been poorly reviewed for years! Over 120 credit hours earned and thousands of dollars, please send me my diploma!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a sea of beautifully styled, bright and beautiful fascinators and hats, each one more charming than the last. The attention to detail in everyone's attire set the tone for the afternoon - pastels, polka dots, and neon. The tables were a vision of loveliness - tiers of sweet treats that were as lovely to look at as they were to consume. Delicate pastries, dainty petit four desserts, and perfectly portioned confections paired in concert with the variety of teas offered. Laughter flowed easily, cameras came out often, and there was a shared appreciation for this tea tradition mixed with personal individualized styling. The hats and fascinators added a playful elegance. We truly felt like we were having an English High tea. In addition, the tables were a sight to behold...layers of sweet treats that delighted both the eyes and the palate. There were delicate pastries, dainty petits fours, and perfectly-sized confections, all beautifully coordinated with an array of teas. The sisterly atmosphere made the tea uniquely memorable. Laughter was flowing effortlessly; cameras frequently captured those unforgettable moments. The hats and fascinators brought a touch of playful elegance. It was a graceful convergence of fashion, sweetness, and sisterhood. The tea wasn't just about the food and drink, it was about connection and celebrating each together.

The price is very cheap, and you get in district rates if you live in Kerrville unlike how ACC is Fredericksburg operates, which saves you a lot of money for the few classes you can take here. If you're trying to power through college, you should skip this place as you likely won't be able to take a full 4 - 5 classes for more than 1 semester if even that. If you're just interested in getting your feet wet in the college world though, it's a good starter college and the staff will help you out a lot more than other universities imo.
