Although Ms. Brittany seems to be as sweet as Texas iced tea, her business skills and etiquette are quite lacking. She is downright rude and unreasonable when it comes to certain things, and who in this day and age does not have a phone contact for their business, so the number I've listed is as close as you'll get to trying to contact her. I've pulled my child out of her classes and enrolled her at another studio where they want and genuinely seem to appreciate my business.

The instruction was easy to follow and entertaining. We enjoyed the bar with reasonably priced drinks. This was a free sampling of the weekly dance lessons and dance social hosted by Swing Junction on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (swing one night and country two-step the other). At the Valentine's Dance they played music for both styles of dance, as well as some line dances. The room was festively decorated for the holiday. Fun time!

I never heard from anyone at the dance studio. I called again today to get information regarding a class and the woman "Amy", answering the phone was clueless about the classes or the dance schedule the studio offered. She said she would take down my name and number and someone would call me back. I said no thank you, as I am still waiting for someone to call me back from last year regarding the same class information. This is really sad, as I grew up in New Braunfels and I live just down the street in Gruene. I would like to support local businesses, but not this one. Very disappointing.

Tried out Diva Dance Hill Country to get some movement and exercise while in town…read more Ya'll the inclusivity and fun I had in these classes made me want to live in the area! It's a payment platform and while that looks wary at first, the work outs are only the tip of the iceberg! You feel wanted. It brings about a whole new group of friends with a good workout to boot! It's affordable, engaging and interesting. Truly the best dance experience I've had in the San Antonio/New Braunfels area. The location is fantastic- The Grande is conveniently right off the highway, but quiet. Plenty of room for parking. Easy to find. It's clean, nicely arranged and comfortable. The interior of this historic building is stunning- bright crystal chandeliers, original hardwood flooring. Gas lights, a beautiful staircase, high ceilings- it feels grand and elegant, but still accessible. And speaking of being accessible- Rob and Diane create a fun, convivial atmosphere. Rob makes it a point to welcome and include everyone, and Diane is keenly aware of the learning level in the room, so picking up on their instruction is almost effortless. Huge age range and mix of people attending the classes, which are tailored for experience. Beginners' class is at 7:30; there's also an intermediate class held on the adjacent dance space for those with dreams of fancier footwork. It's so nice to leave an event feeling exhilarated, like you got a good workout, and that you learned something you can build on. Highly recommended- go try a lesson and see for yourself!

I wanted to be sure, that if she didn't like the class, we could cancel. She did not enjoy the class. Nothing wrong with the class, just not for her. I have been charged ever since. After several phone calls-even one saying I was wrongly charged- I was still having withdrawals on my account. My bank became involved and is showing the business owner using two accounts to continue withdrawing from my account. I have canceled my debit card attached to this business and want others to know what kind of a "business" NB Dance is. Think twice before joining.

Shows Texas Storm offered tumbling level 4+, after going to a trial, we quickly realized there wasn't actually emphasis on high level tumbling. Tumbling class could only be performed in a sliver of the gym. The coach was great and seemed excited to work with my daughter, who was much more advanced than the class. He did explain that there will be more opportunity to practice tumbling on the actual floor, so we decided to move forward. I tried registering for the class, it said to call. I called, no answer, left messages- no call back. I suppose if you are interested in the tumbling aspect- high level tumbling class I'd just find a gymnastics gym that has the space and time for tumbling class. They will be better fit for high level floor/tumbling etc. and the needed space if it's offered. Mostly the class skill was not high level or even as they called it level 4+, however we were willing to give it a try with the coach that seemed interested to work with a skilled athlete. The lack of communication ultimately helped us realize that it wouldn't have been a good fit.

The only thing I'd downgrade them on is the price, as it's slightly more expensive long-term than other places I've been to, but it's still more or less what you'd pay for yoga anywhere. The instructors have always been great. I can't comment on the other reviewer's problem with trying to call and email the studio, because I've never tried, but i can say that if there's a class scheduled, they've always been there. One reviewer had a problem with the gong in a sound bath class. I see where they're coming from, but I think they were wanting to make the experience be what they were expecting of it. Personally, i often don't find the gong relaxing per se in the moment either. It's intense. But it's therapeutic in the end. I wish I could reply to the reviewer and suggest that she was terribly uptight before even entering the studio. The instructors I've had here have been great. Jenna's probably the best yoga instructor I've met. She has such a comprehensive and clinical knowledge of anatomy, along with a facility with language that really helps me understand intuitively how to enter the poses. Frustrated and not recovering I started going to Easy Tiger after ankle surgery. Jenna and her staff welcomed me and I started making rapid progress. They're unbelievably knowledgeable, intuitive and it feels like home. Throughout the work day I'm looking forward to classes because they physically put me back together and allow me to be pain free.
