The studio is beautiful, welcoming, and creates such a positive atmosphere. I attended for a moms' night out, and it couldn't have been a better experience. We learned a fun routine step by step, and by the end of class we were confidently performing it together. It was such a fun and empowering moment. What stood out to me most was how comfortable the instructors made everyone feel. They meet you where you are, teach techniques that work for your body, and create an environment that's encouraging instead of intimidating. At no point did it feel awkward or uncomfortable--it was simply a space where women could have fun, move their bodies, and build confidence. As a mom who is nine months postpartum, rebuilding my confidence has been high on my list. Motherhood changes so much, and this class gave me the opportunity to reconnect with myself, embrace my body, and do something that brought me genuine joy. It was refreshing, empowering, and honestly just so much fun. I recently took Jacki's class and while she is a pro, I did not feel awkward and she plays great music to relax you and get you in the mood. When I left her class, I was beyond sore, but in a good way. The sheer amount of upper body strength it takes to move on the pole is insane, but the pain is worth it. They offer classes 7 days week which makes it easy for you to find a class that suits you. I will caution you to book early, as the spots are limited and fill up fast.

Then again, I see she's stolen money from many people, refusing to give a refund, so for her to bump into one of them isn't actually unlikely. We were told we do not have to pay the balance of the fee, but we did not get a refund of $150 even if we didn't take the class and was misinformed about the whole thing. Please go somewhere else.

For most of the class she was just showing us different moves to do on the pole and then telling us to just put it all together into our own routine. Which when you're starting from ground zero, with no prior pole knowledge, can be difficult. Something i would have appreciated is learning some kind of routine that's more structured since it was a beginner workshop. It would have given the people in the class something to work toward while in the class, then we could have preformed it at the end and taken a video to show off what we learned. Over all the class was fun and the studio was beautiful i just felt like more structure would have been nice for a beginner level class package.
