I use a medical benefits card to pay, which requires a receipt showing the treatment and the payment from that account. Somehow, it is impossible for me to obtain these from them. The secretary who answers the phone is rude and acts like she's doing me a favor instead of the job she is paid to do. I've called and requested receipts at least five different times, and every time they get them wrong. After months of trying, I've never been able to get the receipts I need despite many requests, and now the health savings company wants me to pay them back nearly a thousand dollars. I've also called and left messages for the head therapist, Justin, and I still have not received a call back. Completely unacceptable. I'll definitely go elsewhere if I'm in need of physical therapy again.

As luck would have it, I suffered a right knee injury towards the end of my shoulder rehab. I was able to request Megan again and she helped strengthen my knee in about 7 visits, pain completely gone, when I started pain was a 7/10. Watching the staff interact with patients and family, I would feel comfortable having any of my family members go here. Shout out to Tracey at the front desk who always welcoming and greeted everyone when they entered. With the amount of time I spent here I noticed she was always able to answer any questions patients had regarding their insurance and benefits. great job by the entire staff!!

I had the pleasure of working with several therapists in my time there and each and every one of them explained in detail my progress. But most importantly, they listened to all of my concerns. I ended up with Megan as my final therapist and Megan is a very kind, compassionate person who knows what she is doing. She would make our sessions fun and would alway try new things to make me challenge myself. Tracy, the receptionist was great as well as Stephanie who saw me thru some of my rough times. They have a variety of stationary bikes, trampolines, stretchy bands, jump ropes, and other items to help you stay healthy. They always run on time, and give you the full hour of treatment. The place is clean, and the waiting room has free reading material and a Coke machine in the lobby. They staff is always pleasant, and willing to see to it that things get taken care of. It's a nice looking office with nice artwork of unknown foreign places on the wall and lots of reading material about how to farm. If you park in the parking garage (I would) there's free parking if you get the secretary to validate your ticket. If you go into the other building, take the elevators down to the first floor, it's just past the mailbox on the left.

When I was in college, I had an economic professor who had a favorite saying - there is no such…read morething as a free lunch. Recently, I was reminded of his saying when I got many loads of free mulch that I had to haul and spread in flower beds, garden, and trails. From all the repetitive motions, I ended up with tennis elbow. That's how I ended up at this place. Over a 4 week period, I went in for physical therapy on my right elbow. I had the pleasure of working with 4 different therapist - Olivia, 2 different Jessica's, and Becky. They were all wonderful and really took outstanding care of me. The only thing that brought my rating down was that I was supposed to have medicine placed on an electrically charged pad and placed on my elbow for 24 hours after each visit. Unfortunately, they ran out of pads after 3 visits, so I did not get them for the other 5 treatments. Without the hard work of those great ladies, the rating for the business would have been a 2! If you need some physical therapy, these ladies will treat you right! I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, ladies:-)

My physical therapist was Apple. She was phenomenal. Her polite, congenial, knowledgable and compassionate nature was truly an inspiration. Her determination to coach her patients to do their best was very evident. I observed that all the physical therapists were excellent.
