We used the remnants for our mud room area. I highly recommended Wave Granite. For all of our future stone needs, we will work with ROM and Wave granite.

Luckily, they always have a three day window for deliveries, because the delivery truck broke down and it was two days later that I got my delivery. They did not mention that the delivery would just be dumped on the street in front of the house, such that I would have to carry everything on myself! I was also a little annoyed that the top planks in the packaging were damaged. We had extra planks so it wasn't so bad. Therefore, I would strongly recommend going to the store and picking up your own flooring if possible. If it hadn't been for this, it would've been a five star review.

Unfortunately, the experience did not match the expectations set by the event promotion in the Nike app. The biggest issue was that none of the store associates I spoke with appeared to know anything about the event. Several employees seemed confused when I presented the event QR code, which made it feel as though there was a disconnect between the app promotion and store-level communication. Aside from a DJ near the entrance, there was very little indication that a grand reopening event was taking place. The store was nearly empty, and there was no noticeable excitement, special programming, or celebratory atmosphere. One associate mentioned that Fridays are typically slow and suggested returning on Saturday, but the event promotion indicated that the multiple day event would offer a celebratory experience no matter the day. I was also surprised by the size of the store. Given CityCentre's prominence and the Nike brand, this is the smallest Nike store I have visited, which limited the overall impact of the grand reopening. I appreciate the opportunity to attend, but clearer communication with store staff and more event-focused activities would have made the experience feel more worthy of a grand reopening designation.

After I left the shop I noticed that the hair she provided was terrible and did not hold a curl and my hair was frizzing. 11/15 I text her and informed her that the hair would not hold a curl and frizzes up and that my hair was still frizzing up ( Although, Fancy said if I got the Keratin treatment it would prevent frizzing. She ignored me 11/17 I texted her again inform her about the quality of the hair and to tell her that my Microlink install tracks were starting to come up. She text back " Really, I'm in Cabo but I will get you taking care of" Come to find out she lied about being in Cabo and I found out because I called the shop and her employee informed me that she was not in Cabo. 11/18 I contacted her again informing her that I've been patient and I want it fixed after paying $1045. She didn't respond. I decided to go up to the shop and the young lady took a look at my hair and took my information down and told me she would let fancy know. She proceeded to tell me that she discussed it with me when I was ordering my glasses, and I told her that I did not agree and was not told that was what I was getting. The fact that my glasses were over $300 was bad enough, and what she ordered for me was more than I wanted. Because I insisted that that was not what I ordered, I felt like I should have gotten an adjustment on my bill, but she would have none of that. I went ahead and took the glasses as they were, but let her know that I was not happy with what she did. She is extremely nice and always tells you, God bless you, and I don't think it is right. She should not try to get as much as possible out of the customers without fully explaining what she is doing. Even though I had the glasses picked out with Aisha and everything was discussed as to what I wanted, this lady proceeded to tell me that those were not good glasses and that she had a better pair which she talked me into getting. I called this being a little dishonest, and instead of trying to help the customer, It seems like she is more interested in making a bigger sale.
