I was "yippee" jumped out of my Skechers slippers. I couldn't attend the grand opening last Friday the March 13th. But I paid a visit this week after a mixer. I had to get a pair of comfortable shoes because I stood all morning and the boots were kind of stiff. The manager Alex greeted me and gave me a quick overview of the new store. Yeah, I usually visit the Voss and Wilcrest stores. I'm so glad that this is so close to my house. I like the layout and spacious floor plan. Lots of parking shared with other businesses. Super convenient to the shops I frequent. I bought a pair of Slip-ins casual dress shoes that I always wanted on the clearance racks. Price was good and my feet said thank you. I'm relieved.

Most places will have your in stock, in store order available within an hour unless you order close to closing. Not this store. If you call they will flatly tell you that you will get an email when your order is ready for pickup. I need this order for a friend's birthday that was 3 days from when I ordered the item. When I asked would my order be filled by then they were dubious. I ended up going into the store pretending to be an in store customer and basically pulled my own order. I asked to see the shoes in the size that I ordered online. Someone went to grab them for me and put them up front. I went up to the register and showed them my online order. I asked that they pull the order in the system now since I have the shoes in hand. They did. If I hadn't have done that there is no telling when they would have gotten around to pulling the order. There is another reviewer on here who ordered something online for store pickup and ten days later they STILL had not pulled the order. Stay away from this place. I do not recommend it.

In terms of the 9060, I don't think I've ever had a more comfortable and stylish shoe. (My Brooks don't count because of course they are comfortable, stylish I don't know lol) anywho! I see many people workout/walk in their 9060s, but I purchased these solely for style/fashion. Overall, I recommend the shoe and the location as it's conveniently located.The young lady working was also helpful. I'd say that the value of the shoe is GREAT and the price is worth it. I haven't found many places in Houston like this.
