I've used them for my back, ankle and shoulder. All staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional! I highly recommend.

It's almost impossible to find aqua therapy in Austin but I got very lucky here. I had been in…read morethis type of therapy before so I knew what to expect going in. I was more than pleasantly surprised. There were locker rooms and many places to sit around the pool (which for anyone who has great difficulty walking outside a pool is a god-send!) Both therapists I have had, Hunter and Patti, are engaging, knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. (They are both also a hoot! :-) Hunter even lets me choose the music while I am there!) In just 2 months I have had significant improvement! It was fairly easy to get reserved pool time that works with my limited schedule and they are very easy to work with, both personally and insurance-wise. I have never used the land-based therapy but they seem to have an abundance of great equipment and therapists. I can't recommend them enough!

If I could give this rehab facility a minus rating,I would. Unfortunately, I cannot give it any…read morepositive rating. The facility is dirty. I attended aquatic therapy, and after five sessions I developed a foot fungus. Only positive experience was that a therapist was great. I contacted the facility multiple times and also brought this issue directly to the attention of the front desk. I never received a response, which made me feel that my concerns were not taken seriously. This facility came highly recommended, so I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and care. The lack of cleanliness was noticeable from my very first visit, and despite raising concerns, nothing was addressed. I am extremely disappointed, especially since I would have liked to continue my therapy during what has already been a very difficult year.

Spero Rehab - Oak Hill - Plenty of room in the pool with two ways to enter: Stairs or chair lift. It is 3-4 feet deep on average with a small space deeper.

Ashley was amazing. I am blown away by how good she was. She listened to all of my concerns and…read morethen went to town. Gave the perfect amount of pressure and really helped to release tension that I have been holding for a couple of months. I am walking on air right now. That picture is a sign of relief. Areas that needed release finally got it. Parking is a little bit of a pain in the ass of course because it's the domain. But you might get lucky and be able to park right in front. I did an evening massage and I've never done one later in the day but so worth it and now I am just beyond relaxed.

So I made a reservation for signature facial 50 mins + dermaplaning, it's 129$ + $55 + tip, and I was done everything in 50mins including changing my clothes before and after, walking to and back to lobby, when you're charging for both services, why my dermaplaning is included in my facial time, so honestly my skin was prepped for dermaplaning and was applied moisturizer and sunscreen post dermaplaning and I paid $129 for what, I don't know, of course my esthetician and front desk person asked how it went, when they should already know how they did, but my esthetician Alina was really good and friendly, but I think it's the management thing, they just wanna squeeze more appointments, so they cut short the time they're charging for you.

Started Physical Therapy with Dr. Leanna Garza last week. I had an initial exam with lots of Q&A so…read morethat Dr. Garza can properly assess my issue and the treatment plan going forward. She was very patient, gentle, listened carefully, polite, understanding and had a great bedside manner. I felt like I wasn't just a number and never felt rushed. After the Q&A, we did some mobility assessments and went out to the floor where Dr. Garza showed some exercises to do daily. The following visit, I tried Dry-Needling which is similar to acupuncture but the needles are placed only momentarily in the trigger points vs. left on the skin for a few minutes. Sometimes it would sting in the initial prick but it was bearable and brief. I've had acupuncture before so I'm not averse to it. The dry needling is supposed to treat the pain and allow for a better range of motion. After the dry needling, I was out on the floor to do more brief exercises and stretches. The exercise area is pretty big and there are a few PTs and Medical Assistants there to help you. I really appreciated that Dr. Garza was the one assisting me on the floor vs. just the exam and out on the floor with just Med Techs/Assistants showing me exercises. The MAs were personable & friendly. They were the ones taking my blood pressure as soon as I was led to the floor after check-in. It's been a few days since the dry-needling and the pain has subsided so we'll see if I'll need a few more treatments in the coming weeks? Lively music is piped in and I noticed in my first visit, there was a lot of Spanish language pop music playing. Check-in clerks were friendly and in a good mood. Overall, it's a positive atmosphere. The place seems busy but efficient. There's plenty of parking in this small business park.
