I called QUICK TOW LLC early in the morning, around 6:17 AM, using their 24-hour number. The person…read morewho answered sounded like he was half asleep. I even asked if I should call back later, but he said, "No." I explained clearly that I needed a tow for my car and specifically did NOT want a flatbed, as I've towed this car before and know it requires a dolly to be towed safely. He told me the driver wouldn't be in until around 6:30 or so, but assured me they've hauled Ferraris and other exotic cars before and knew what to do. So, I trusted him and waited. At about 7:15 AM, I received a text saying they were 15 minutes away, and true to their word, they showed up on time -- with a flatbed. The driver himself was very professional and polite. I explained my concerns again and told him I've had this exact issue before where flatbeds couldn't tow the car without damage. The driver worked to line up the car, but after checking, he came over and said the spoiler would definitely hit. At that point, I asked him not to tow it. He was understanding, apologized, and even suggested a few other companies that might be able to help. The frustrating part is that the driver wasn't told that I needed a dolly. When he called the office, the same gentleman -- now fully awake -- admitted they don't even have trucks with dollies. This was a complete waste of time and easily avoidable. If the person who answered my call had actually listened when I explained my needs, we wouldn't have gone through this whole mess. The driver gets five stars for professionalism, but the communication and dispatch side of QUICK TOW LLC really dropped the ball here.

It didn't recognize the key, no lights came on, horn didn't work, etc - we did all the YouTube "tricks" but nothing worked. I called ATX 512 MM this morning, and Antwone came out within a few hours, fixed and re-programmed the car and it was good as new. This company restored our faith in humanity during an impossible situation with our moving company…read more The owner, Hit, and his crew went out of their way to help us at absolutely zero benefit to themselves. We were not their customers, but when they found our precious belongings abandoned on the side of the highway with the moving truck they were there to tow, Hit tracked us down and did everything in his power to make it right. He and the crew spent 18 hours picking up every piece, things that anyone else would have thrown in the dumpster or left to rot (the moving company had done just that). Because of this selfless effort on their part, my husband and I were reunited with heirlooms from our grandparents, important papers, memories, things that would have broken our hearts to lose permanently. "Thank you" will never be enough for these guys. Everyone should turn to this company for their towing/roadside needs, because you can feel confident that they will treat you with compassion and respect as a customer and a human being.
