I also am weary about other people doing any service to my car because I usually work on it myself and I've had some bad experiences in the past. When I pulled up all I needed was an oil change. I came during a weekday evening and there was nobody in line. The technicians told me to pull up and let me know what oil change services to choose from. (They are a little pricey) However, the technician assisted me and even slid in a discount. The process was hella smooth and fast. 15 mins tops & I was outta there. I watched them do the process from inside my car which was dope to see. All in all they live by their name "Instant Oil Change" though they do charge a little "change". Pull up!

I was under the impression that the oil change could be completed within 5 mins as many of the other patrons said. However when I got there I wasn't acknowledged until about 5 min in line. Now the guy who greeted was super respectful but then I proceeded to wait well over 20 min, mind you I'm here on my lunch break lead by the idea I'd be taken care off in at least 10 mins. Eventually after waiting 20+ minutes I'm finally seen only to be told they cannot change my oil because my oil is one they do not have..... I'm patient and understanding but please respect potential patrons time. I'd hope that either a greeter can check you in and check if they already have what you need before seeing you and this waiting your time. Now I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

I've been to various Jiffy Lube locations in the past 10+ years. This has got to be the WORST one…read more I moved to the area 2 years ago and this was the closest location. I tried to be understanding and thought the first time was just a fluke with customer service. Then I went a second time with my partner and they were not ready for service at open time. My partner decided not to get her car serviced. The following time after that she took my car to Valvoline (terrible). Today, I decided to give them another chance. Third times a charm right? WRONG. I pulled up about 8:15am. An employee comes over and asked what I needed and I said oil change. He asked me to pull up behind a truck and then walked away. So I'm just sitting in the car waiting...... he didn't say to wait or he'll be right back. Then I see another employee pulling up and heading in. Walked right past me and then he walked out to their service area. Mind you, I'm still sitting in the car. This is definitely not the Jiffy Lube service I'm accustomed to. I'll never go back here again. I rather drive the extra mileage to another Jiffy with better customer service!

I need a synthetic oil change, I saw a sign out front that said it was on sale, hoping to pay around $100. They do have free Wi-Fi and coffee, neither or something I need but it's nice to know they have it. Clean and comfortable waiting area with some candy and even dog treats. On the flip side they're going to try to upsell you their engine oil cleaning for $50. Pass on that one. Express is kind of relative as it took about 30 minutes. It ended up being right at 100, so I guess there was a special. I also got a coupon for a free car wash, but the guy did not really recommend taking my Corvette through it. I have 6 months to use that so I'll give it away to someone else
