AJ is the epitome of taking GREAT care of the customer by: --timely, proactive communication about the job milestones via phone and texts --high energy attitude toward getting the job done, on-time. I needed to replace a high-pressure fuel pump and they knocked it out in about 2 hours! --AJ actually showed me the new part to be installed. That was a first! (see photo) --friendly staff, and AJ introduced me to both the mechanic assigned to my vehicle AND they escorted me out onto the spotless garage floor to see under-the-hood --AJ himself took my repaired vehicle out for a test drive and a scan --...and there was one other thing...let me see...Oh, yes! A reasonable price! In fact, both the dealer AND another automotive shop (with several locations) were not even in the same ballpark as G&S's quote.
