I came during a weekday evening and there was nobody in line. The technicians told me to pull up and let me know what oil change services to choose from. (They are a little pricey) However, the technician assisted me and even slid in a discount. The process was hella smooth and fast. 15 mins tops & I was outta there. I watched them do the process from inside my car which was dope to see. All in all they live by their name "Instant Oil Change" though they do charge a little "change". Pull up!

I was under the impression that the oil change could be completed within 5 mins as many of the other patrons said. However when I got there I wasn't acknowledged until about 5 min in line. Now the guy who greeted was super respectful but then I proceeded to wait well over 20 min, mind you I'm here on my lunch break lead by the idea I'd be taken care off in at least 10 mins. Eventually after waiting 20+ minutes I'm finally seen only to be told they cannot change my oil because my oil is one they do not have..... I'm patient and understanding but please respect potential patrons time.
