The problem is that I've never emailed this business and they have never emailed me. When I tried to confirm what email address the lady at the front desk had for me, she was unable to give me an email address. I checked my phone for all sent and received emails to be sure Patterson Optical hadn't been overlooked and there were none. I missed the eye exam and was told that I needed to reschedule. No Thanks. Numerous calls went unanswered and numerous emails went unanswered. I am the type of person who likes to keep things the same, and, the Sherman office is next to Sam, which is where I get my eye glasses. Now, I am in need of a copy of my eye prescription, and now I am going through hell again with the unanswered calls and emails. I have even went to the Sherman location on Saturdays (multiple times) to get my prescription and the office is closed. Once I get my prescription I am done with them. The eye doctor is nice but RECEIVING RETURN CALLS AND ANSWERED EMAILS IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Do not let the convenient location get you. Save yourself some emotional distress -- look elsewhere!! I am filing a complaint with the Department Of Insurance to get a copy of my prescription. Ahhh warm that up, lovies! Don't worry about the sour face on one of the front office staff people. It's nothing personal. I think they are just focused or something. The nurses are all friendly. His office scheduled the surgery for a fusion before the insurance had approved. Insurance did not approve it because his office hadn't turned in all the paperwork. Now I have to start all over with the process for the neck fusion. I'm going to look at a different neurosurgeon.
