Tried to eat here tonight. Checked in at 7:00 and received a text at 7:06 that our table was ready. Was told to stand in the deck area. After 20 minutes of watching 3 other parties with the same amount of people in their party get seated including a family that didn't even arrive to the restaurant until after we had been waiting in the on deck area for at least 15 minutes, we gave up and left since it was obvious we were not going to to be getting served. Every time we go have dinner this location is out of items we order. Today they have no cinnamon butter for the rolls. They have also run out of cactus blossoms but our server did not remember they were out and til we reminded them about the appetizer. We decided to give Texas Roadhouse a shot regardless of the scathing reviews. We must have had the A-team working today. Everyone worked as if they were pooling tips together. Each person that passed or came to our table treated us as if they were our personal servers. My husband had the ribeye steak. It was grilled to cut with a butter knife perfection, and to exact temp. I enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich. I opted out of French fries and sub'd salad. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful. The dinner salads we got were so crunchy, crisp and cold. The ranch and blue cheese dressings were home made, truly the best. We do agree with the music, it's great but a bit too loud. One or two notches down and we can have a convo without speaking loudly to one another. read more

Once seated service is slow because the place is slammed. I ordered road kill which is chopped steak smothered in onions, mushrooms and cheese. Well, Texas Roadhouse is usually good but this time my family and I had a not so ok experience. The waitress was good but the cooks in the back were terrible. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out medium at best. I had already finished my meal and my sisters plate was just coming out. My nephew ordered his steak medium rare and got it well done. Everyone finished at the table and he still never got his replacement steak. Finally my nephews steak was brought out by a so called manager named Heather and she acted like a real Bi+€h. I ordered a meal and was told that they didn't have lettuce for my salad but would in about 15 minutes. They finally brought it but after I was eating my meal. I said I didn't want it anymore because if I ate the salad my food would get cold and I don't like eating salads afterwards. A manager told me that he wouldn't discount my meal because salads are free and he wouldn't discount something that is free. I've been in the business long enough and know that customers come first and a $2.00/$3.00 discount isn't anything if it keeps people happy. Went here with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. Everything was fine until the food arrived. When I cut into my chicken fried chicken, I found a blonde hair embedded in the crust. We like to go here on Friday nights and sit by the bar area. Since we been coming here 12-15 times there has never been a baseball game on during the season and now that football has started no football either. Stuff they have on the TV here is ridiculous. Service here has been 70% with servers and the food been about the same. Had to send margarita back tonight because it had brown stuff floating in it. Even after suggesting a mug for my water water, I was served water with no ice. My friends made a big deal about me asking for hot water, but I find my actions completely justified.
