We've been going to this location for years. Every time has been great. Using the mobile app to skip the wait at the door is def the way to go. The Roadhouse can be pretty busy, so using the app to know when you can be seated is a game changer. For the four of us, it was a little over a hundred dollars. We had 3 baskets of rolls ( 1 was to go), peanuts, two country fried chickens, ribs, country fried sirloin, salmon, 3 chilis, and a caesar salad. Plus whatever extra side each meal had. Although I've passed this place more times than I'd even attempt to count I've never had the desire to go until the last few months my husband and I went a couple of times. He enjoyed the food. The bread is an obvious must and the portions are good. Solid place to dine. I always resist coming here but I'm always glad I came afterwards. The reason I don't want to come is there isn't much on the menu for me- I usually only get the salmon or the chicken Caesar salad. I'm not a big meat eater and not much on the menu is for me. However, the food I always get is good and it makes my husband happy. The staff is always friendly and happy. The rolls are hot and delicious. I'm not sold on the cinnamon butter so they give us regular butter as well with a smile. I absolutely love that I can get a salad or the chili as a side without an upcharge! I also love that their wine and other alcoholic drinks are reasonably priced. We came in on a Wednesday night around 7pm and there was no wait. This was my first time at the Greece Texas Roadhouse and I was pleasantly surprised with our experience. As expected, the rolls came as we were seated, our drink orders came fast and so did everything else we ordered. We ordered the twisted mozzarella sticks as our appetizer. The cheese was starting to come out of the sticks so they weren't as filled but the marinara sauce was very good! For entrees, my fiancé and I both ordered the 8oz NY strip steak. It's a small portion of steak but honestly after the bread, app, and sides it was plenty. The steaks were PERFECTLY cooked and we were very impressed by how good they were. I tried the green beans as my side for the first time, they were watery and had a Smokey flavor but honestly not bad, especially mixed with a sweet potato. This is my favorite chain restaurant! I love the solid customer service. The prices aren't too bad. The portions are huge. The seating is comfortable. Everyone can find something on the menu they want. Their chili is to die for, with melt cheese and chopped red onions on top. I love their ice cold side salads that have chopped hardboiled egg. The bloomin' onion knockoff is pretty good. The biscuits with whipped cinnamon butter are 10/ 10. I personally loved their prime rib with creamy horseradish sauce. One of the best meals I had in a long time. On another visit I got a steak. It wasn't bad, but it was about a 7.5/ 10 for me. The grilled shrimp were delectable though. We got sat and waited about 10 minutes until our server Kenny came by and took our drink order he came back and took our appetizer order and we probably didn't see him for another 10 minutes, he came back and took our order and then left, he did not come back until our food was brought out maybe 35 minutes later we just had gotten our food and he asked how everything was even thought the food was just put in front of us, after he left the steak was over cooked, we were like no worries he'll be back to check on us he did not come back and we never saw him for the rest of the night. We came here for an early dinner with our son. We haven't been to this location in awhile with economy and all we have been cooking for ourselves. The staff at the door were extremely friendly and nice. Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. The food was very good. I asked if I could get the beef tips with sauces on the side and they did as asked.. I just prefer less than what usually comes out. My son had the chicken tenders which he loved. i wasted another few hundred dollars on four meals, two of which were not what was ordered and one of them seems to me to be deceptive in the pictures, promised weight and i would recommend not getting onions on the meat, so you can see what you are getting. one meal was a 6 oz dallas thick raw piece of meat. it almost went back but because my supposed 20 oz ft worth cut was more like a grizzle filled 6 oz hammer smashed thin piece of meat down to half an inch and overcooked in seconds. i may have eaten six small cuts from the supposed 20 oz er... i ate the cut of meat we were going to send back because at least i got a meal out of our dinner there... and my friend got what was supposed to be a new meal with another 6 oz medium cooked dallas and fries... but only got the meat part.... as i mentioned to the manager in an email today, since i dont like confrontation, i didnt mention how bad my supposed 20 oz cut was to eat... as i told the manager, the only consistent good part of the restaurant are the hot buns they serve while waiting for the meals. what a shame. be very careful what you order and see if it even comes close to what you got... i should have but i know it was no 20 oz cut. i/we will not be returning. i may change this commentary if they bother to respond... but i wont hold my breath waiting. read more

I never leave reviews, but tonight was overall one of the worst experiences we have ever had here. The past two times we have visited we had some little mishaps but overlooked them. Tonight our appetizer was subpar at best. And by the time we got through the long wait for our dinners, my husband's steak came ice cold and flavorless. My Kebabs were charred and overcooked (not to mention cold) and my son's chicken fingers were like soggy on the outside. Not ONCE did the server come back to check on us. I am a server myself and I understand being busy, but to not even check quickly on a table is ridiculous. We finally got so tired of waiting around we paid on the tablet and left. My husband and i took friends to dinner and our guest ordered prime rib medium rare. When all 4 meals were brought to our table they attempted to deliver our guest steak. He immediately advised waitress that he didn't prefer the steak but wanted his potato and vegetable, so he could eat with the rest of us. She told him that they would not charge for it. Moments later a manager named Kelsey came to our table and asked if he would like to order something else and was again told no because we where alsmost finished eating at that time. When guest asked to confirm we were not being charged for his meal she said "waitress​ don't have authority to make that decision " and said they could take $2 off our bill. Our guest said absolutely not, you're not going to charge me for something I did not order nor eat. At which Kelsey reached down and snatched the plate from our guest and walked away. Ultimately in the end the guest dinner was never charged, but there also was never a apology and that is totally unacceptable. My husband and I have NEVER been more embarrassed in recommending a restaurant to friends before. Went for the early bird special which is 4-6pm. They have 11 entree's that are all 10 dollars. Each entree comes with 2 sides. I ordered the "roadkill 10oz chopsteak" Which is basically a hamburger..I am not certain it's just ground chuck though because it had a more "steak-ish" flavor than just your average hamburger. They probably threw it some more expensive cuts of meat in the grinder along with some cheaper cuts like chuck. Either way it was delicious! Smothered with sauteed onions and mushrooms, topped with cheese. The 2 sides I ordered were the house salad, and french fries. They give an option to have your fries "loaded" with chili and cheese but I opted to not. The fries were very good...Steak fries..crispy..seasoned perfect. The house salad had chopped eggs in it, croutons, cheddar cheese, onions, tomatoes..I chose ranch dressing and i was salad heaven. My brother ordered the chicken fried steak w/ the white gravy and mashed potatoes..and He loved it. I actually tried his and I must say it was better than any chicken fried steak I have ever had in rochester. Thoroughly impressed..and the portions..WOW. Going to keep this short. Went here for late lunch and food was good. Two teen girls at the check-in stand were more interested in each others stories than helping customers. Had to wait a while to be seated even though there were a few entire sections empty. But I get it. What I didn't like is that I am a combat military veteran and when I pulled into the parking lot I could see our US flag soaked in rain water and laying at the bottom of its mast crumpled up on the roof. We ordered loaded. My friend got both Sautéed Onions & Mushrooms, I only got the Onions. A nice touch. 1/2 rack of Spare Ribs was also very good, large sized portion, tender, off the bone meat. Did a curbside pickup here a couple of weeks ago and it turned into our current favorite dinner spot! You park and walk up to their takeout window! They are usually quite busy, but the food is always ready on time. My go-to order is always the Lil'dillo steak bites off the kid's menu. I get it with sweet potato as the side, their rolls and super delicious butter, and a drink. This is the perfect size for me and tastes so good! My only complaint is that while all of the staff are wearing masks, most guests who are waiting for their table outside do not seem to be wearing masks which is very off-putting. read more

This is not the location to pick if you want a quiet meal. I found it noisier than similar type restaurants. Also, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. My steak was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. It also included a half rack of ribs. The ribs were a little dry but were still good. The combo came with 2 sides. Stopped last night after work with some friends, arrived at 4:00 got right in and seated right away. Server Jess was great, took great care of us, drinks arrived quickly, fresh incredibly delicious bread, entree's were perfect, and priced right (early bird special). Ryan also checked on us throughout the meal which was nice to have the extra service attention. Bill was very reasonable for what we received (in my opinion) and overall a good experience, much like the one in Henrietta. My only issue with both places is the noise level can get high, which makes it difficult to hear, but definitely going back as the service, and price make Texas Roadhouse a great place to eat :) read more

My first time at Texas Roahouse. I liked the reservation system really well. A contactless. Verify by text system. You can check in by text, and come in to the restaurant when texted. My dad had ordered one of their amazing steaks which he let me try. AWESOME. My chicken breast though, deserves extra attention. For chicken breast to be exceptional, it really needs something to stand out. The unique blend of salt and herbs, combined with what I could only describe as sore type of pre grilling marinade. The combo was brilliant. How do you make a simple chican breast awesome? All I know is that Texas Roadhouse has it figured out. My side chili had great flavor and a perfect bean to meat ratio. I asked for double red onion, which made it even tastier. The next part of the meal, was perfectly baked sweet potato.
