The ribeye was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfect medium rare as I like it. The server even asked me to cut in to see if the steak was cooked as ordered. My family and I have came to this location in hopes to celebrate my 21st birthday five times now, each time we have came has been different days of the week and we end in the same result of leaving hungry. Teresa the manager has took it too far, she was so rude and disrespectful to us, told us that oh well there is only a certain amount of prime rib they get Weekly. It is very disrespectful tone towards us, the customer service she gave us was so rude, we will not be back. We went over to outback instead and they indeed did have prime rib. You call yourself a steakhouse with no prime rib, what a joke. Josh do you need to get Theresa off of your team. I will be escorting this conflict to corporate, josh allows disrespectful people to be on their team and never have prime rib leaving us having to walk out. read more

My family and I have been coming to Texas Roadhouse since it first opened in Tupelo. In the beginning, it was always top notch from the food to the service. Now I can't say this so much. I've visited this location twice this week while in town. The service at the bar was great each time regardless of the bartender. People at the bar were friendly and random strangers love to talk. I got the appetizer platter and the red basket both of which were great. During each visit the manager came around to see how things were going and was active on the floor. This past week me and some of my friends and family went to Texas Roadhouse over in tupelo, mississippi. Wheb we first arrived we had already known it was going to be a little wait for a table since the whole parking lot was filled to the max, we weren't mad at all because we were enjoying each other's company and it made the time go by faster. We knew it might kind of be hard for us. We knew it might kind of be hard for us ti get a table with a grouo of 12 people but sure enough not even 20 minutes later we were being escorted to our table. We wefre honestly surprised because there had been times where we have waited close to an hour on a table with just four people from other restaurants in the tupelo mississippi area. As soon as we got to the table. Our waiter Amanda us with a big smile and asked how our day was going so far, we told her " just fine" and she proceeded to ask us what would our drinks be for the evening to start off with, everyone else ordered they're drinks and i ordered a sprite. They soon had all the drinks to the table shortly after. They had also brought out some house bread rolls and they signature cinnamon butter with it, they were so good that we went through 5 baskets of them as a group. Soon after that our whole table was ready to order, I ordered the 3 piece catfish meal with a house salad and a loaded baked potato. While we were waiting on our food we looked around and you can tell that this was a southern based resaurant in a good way just from looking around because there were all types of beautiful animals and southern signs hanging up on the wall. Especially by the front entrance, there is a big moose. head piece hung above the door. Shortly after looking around the restaurant, our food came and it all looked so perfect and cooked and prepared to perfection. We were too full to have dessert so we didnt order any type of dessert. But as far as the experience here, it was great, we all loved it adn Amanda was really nice, we all ended up giving her $65 dollars in total worth of tips, She really deserved and was very appreciative of that too. Went there for dinner last night waiting time with 25 minutes or after 45 minutes we went up to the desk part and they said it would be another 25 minutes so we were complaining and finally we got in he was loud the waitresses rude the people as you come in they took reservations are rude. Worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever visited. Sat down at the bar, ordered food and a beer. Lady never brought bread and took my order. Never asked if I had ever been there before. Brought out a bad salad, asked for a fresh one, then she brought out the very same salad again. Asked to cash out, and the manager walked up to the bar, swiped his card, never said a word to me. I read reviews before going and I was worried! This place is awesome, the food was good and the service was also flawless. After a loooong, 10 hour driving road trip, Texas Roadhouse was definitely worth it. Our waitress (I think her name was Sarah from Nashville) was so sweet and was always checking on us. Our server was awesome she wasn't the problem. Our food was delicious as well. I was hoping the staff would be able to sing Happy Birthday to my Mom as a surprise to end her special day. I hate there are so many negative reviews for this restaurant. This is my favorite restaurant in town. I eat here fairly often and haven't ever had a terrible experience. We were a group of nine. It seemed like it was an enormous problem to seat us. After moving us from one part of the restaurant to another we were seated with no peanuts. After we asked for them they were brought with a smile. After ordering we had to ask for our hot rolls. She brought us 8 rolls for 9 people and we had to again ask for silverware and napkins. While we are not big fans of chain steakhouses, we decided to give this one a try this past Sunday since the parking lot is always full. I must admit, however, that while the employees here seem to be happy and helpful and the service was pretty good, everything we ordered was loaded with way too much salt for our tastes. AVOID TEXAS ROADHOUSE IN TUPELO! I went for a nice evening out with my family and noticed this place had high reviews. The parking lot was full, and the place was well-staffed but that meant apparently--nothing. We waited forever for our food order to arrive, and when it did, it came out at the same time as the appetizer, and was wrong. The waitress said our order ticket was "lost", so she tried to "make it up."I ordered a 16oz sirloin, and the steak I got was much smaller, something like 10oz. When I cut into ot, it was rare--I had ordered well-done. I had to get up and find our waitress in the restaurant to tell her the order was wrong, since she was not concerned with checking on our table. She finally brought out my steak when it was time to leave, which was completely burnt on one side. I had to physically flag the waitress down to come get the check and my payment. We were completely ignored by a female manager who passed by our table several times. I brought the steak home in a to-go plate. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had, and the worst experience I have ever had in a steakhouse!! read more

When we got there, we were told the wait would only be 40-50 minutes, but ended up being about an hour and a half for 2 people. I understand that they were busy, but if it's going to be an hour and a half, say that, not 45 minutes. I had the bone in ribeye, and it was OK, but very fatty (fattier than a standard bone in ribeye) and also undercooked (ordered medium rare and was rare in many spots).
