Dr. Khetarpal is amazing. If I can write 10 stars, I would!! For the longest, I could not breathe through my nose nor smell and it was affecting my everyday activities . I came to Dr. Khetarpal about a year and a half ago with complications of polyps in my nose . Dr. Kheterpal completed a surgical procedure to have my polyps removed early last year and since then I've been able to breathe and smell completely. If I could recommend any doctor, he would definitely be my first choice. His bedside manner his knowledge on different medications and information regarding allergies is beyond amazing. I was definitely a difficult case, but he did not give up and I thank him so much. Also shout out to his medical team, Kay for working so hard to ensure the problem got solved as well. Can't say enough about Dr.Khetarpal and his staff! My doctor recommended his office once 2 rounds of steroids didn't help my sinuses and ear ache. My first visit he did the scope and then recommended allergy shots and a cat-scan. Dr.Khetarpal explained immediately after the scan I needed surgery. I was scheduled two weeks later and it changed my life! My nose was not packed and I had very little bleeding and swelling. I instantly felt the pressure in my head was gone, my vision improved and no more ear ache! I have went to many doctors before Dr. Khetarpal because I had sinus issues that needed to be treated, but could not be treated successfully for different reasons. However, when I found Doctor Khetarpal I would say he saved my life from all those congestions, stuffy nose, and sinus problems that I was dealing with. Doctor Khetarpal takes the time to listen and identify my condition ensuring that I get treated with the highest care. After surgery, I felt no pain at all and a few weeks later I could breathe through my nose better without those issues anymore. Dr. Khetarpal truly is a very good doctor who takes his time to provide a good quality care and without him I would not have felt any improvement as I would have these symptoms not go away ever. I highly recommend Dr. Khetarpal and his practice. During this past year Dr. Khetarpal made huge improvements and contributions in the health of our family. First, he was able to cure my Mom's sinusitis without an invasive and painful surgery (which she was offered as the only cure many times during 14 years with this condition, but understandably refused to undergo). And recently he scheduled an urgent appointment for me between his surgeries on a day after my arrival from Europe in a wheelchair (and called my Mom on a Sunday to console and encourage her as to my condition that was diagnosed abroad in the emergency room). Dr. Khetarpal (Dr. K) & all of his staff are EXCELLENT! The absolute BEST care I have ever received for my daughter. She is 19 & was so sick she was crying to go to the Hospital before being referred by Primary Doc to Dr. K. Her throat was swollen with puss pockets, gums and mouth swelling, blisters in mouth and on lips. He numbed her nose and went in with a scope right there in the chair to take a look into sinuses, throat and airway. It wasn't bad for her at all due to the numbing spray. She had a rare sickness mostly found in children & rarely adults. He did his research & found out what it was. Dr. K got her high fever under control right away w/Steroid, antibiotic and Anti-Viral oral & topical med. Sent her to lab for blood work straight from her first visit. Previously she had been to the Primary doctor "three times" w/few different antibiotics/treatments to no avail until... Dr. K & staff! He kept her out of Hospital. (Scary thought during COVID concerns & not being able to even visit if that were the case) Her COVID test- negative, possible mononucleosis- negative, He checked her out for inflammation markers in blood, the works! She had tonsillitis, but that wasn't the worst of it. It has been 2 days now since seeing him/under his care w/no fever. She's finally able to eat again & get fluids in her. She was so weak and so sick. He explained it wasn't time to take the tonsils unless/until this came back again a few weeks from now, then we know it will be time to take tonsils out. In most cases a patient will have 5 tonsillitis flare ups in a year before surgery to remove & depending on severity, restriction of airway, etc. I like a doctor who explains everything and the "why's". He called my cell phone himself checking in on her daily! I told him he really went "above and beyond". He said "this is normal for him". He is very concerned for his patients. I have never had a Doctor be so caring & sincerely concerned not only for her but me too since I was working so hard @ home caring for her and exhausted. He even called her in a Rx @ Compound Pharmacy for topical pain relief for her lips when the 5% Lidocaine Jelly didn't work. (Her pain level was pretty intense before seeing him) He steered clear of giving her oral pain killers, which is good when possible due addiction dangers. He suggested smart alternatives to control pain. I looked into his history a bit. He came here from New York and went to Harvard. He is an ENT, Sinus and Allergy Expert. He also does Sleep Apnea, Plastic surgery of the neck & face, etc. If you are looking for an ENT in the area, this is the place. Not only do they have state of the art equipment right there on sight, the office is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean and sanitary but the entire staff and Doctor treat you like family! Their positive energy & attitudes really sets them apart from the rest. You feel so welcomed and cared for. I can't Thank them all enough for figuring out what was going on with my baby girl, going above and beyond. read more

The staff does not deserve a star at all, but I had to select one, so 1 star it is. I am so disappointed with this place, the staff not giving accurate information. I make an appointment from being referred out from my doctor for chronic nasal congestion and pain. I show up to the 1st location which is the address on the website to find out it's closed. They have a sign on the doctor that they moved, show up to the 2nd location to find out they are under construction. WOW! Granite, I loose time from work, I am on oxygen and really needed this appointment. I call to be on hold for over 5 minutes, I hang up call again to find out "Oh we are located off of 610 and Ellla" the receptionist tells me. REALLY!!!! She asked me if I would like to come there because they had a cancellation. I was in the woodlands and my appointment was for 3:30 pm. REALLY!!!! If you know Houston, it takes 2 hours to get anywhere with traffic. I have never been so disappointed with a doctor's office before. I will call my doctor and complain about this and let her know never to refer to this location to any of her patients. Never again!!! read more

My primary care physician recommended Dr Khetarpal (Dr K) for my sinus and allergy problems. I was nervous because of past problems that resulted in hearing loss in my right ear. I immediately felt at ease after meeting Dr K. He rocks! He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I found out he had written papers about what happened to me when in 2006. I couldn't believe it!! He explained everything. I am impressed with everyone in the office. They are courteous, professional and friendly. I am extremely impressed with this office. I normally do not leave reviews; however, I wanted to make sure I did for this office. To my surprise when I walked in, I realized this must've been a new office, and a beautiful one at that. Even though it's a two man crew (the doctor and office manager) the visit was smooth and without hassle. I highly recommend Doctor Khetarpal. He is an outstanding Professional Surgeon/Otolaryngology with the utmost integrity and compassion for his patients. I've been a patient of his for over a year now and he has performed a parathyroidectomy on me due to hyperparathyroidism. He successfully removed the adenoma and abnormal parathyroid. I was also suffering from chronic sinusitis for over a year and after a few treatments that didn't work, he recommended a balloon sinuplasty with turbinate reduction which was a success.
