My husband and I have suffered a lot with allergies and inflammatory issues over these past few months. Ori and his partner came out and discovered we had black mold in our vents and ducts. They cleaned them out and put disinfectant for the mold and took pictures of everything. I couldn't believe we've been living with that! They also recommended putting in UV light to prevent it from coming back. Very reasonable and cleaned up everything. Couldn't be more pleased!!

They essentially scammed me. I went to them for a chimney cleaning. They told me that they would…read moreneed to do a video inspection (I didn't ask for it). They also told me that they would not do the cleaning if the chimneys failed the inspection. They came out and did a 15 min visual inspection (no video) and said the chimneys did not pass so they could not clean them. However, they charged me over $600 for the chimney video inspection and the cleaning even though they did not clean and did not do a full video. Invoice clearly states "For Services Rendered" and "for level 2 inspection and cleaning" (see photo). So they clearly charged me for services they did not deliver. This is why I call it a scam. They know I am not going to take them to court and waste my time for $600 (though I am positive I would win). I had a ridiculous e-mail exchange with the company rep where he tried to justified this. I'll post the emails in photos. They did not send me the partial refund check the rep mentions. I also subsequently had the chimney cleaned by another company without the inspection hoops Harky demanded. In my opinion, avoid Harky. There are plenty of good, honest companies out there more deserving of your business. Comment post Harky's response. Harky's comment proves my point. They talk about irrelevant information (such as my home inspection) to the fact that they charged me for services they did not provide. To be accurate, their GPS had the car on site for 38 minutes. About half that time they were sitting in their car. I assume they were writing up the invoice so they could get their money. I hope people see past this continuous BS and go to a more honest company. Good news is that I did find an honest local company, had a great experience with them and now have beautifully clean and functioning chimneys.

I realized while I was having some electrical work done, that 1 room was not cleaned out and was…read more missed completely! 70 yr old insulation and debris fell out. I should have gone with my instinct and insisted they use an extension hose as the one they had did not reach into the ceiling of all rooms...the insulation was being pulled manually and placed in the vaccuum in some rooms with debris and 70 yr old dust going everywhere. Price was originally 4800.00 To make matters worse, I was charged an additional 550.00 because they had to cut "extra holes" in my kitchen to "reach extra sections". I felt bad for the guys because it was a messy job and it was hot inside and outside! I tipped them $250 each !!! Omg. They did not suit up or get in the crawl space as shoen on the website. They Just wore masks. Carbon monoxide was all over my house during the day, my carbon monoxide was going off all afternoon.... so much to where it would not stop all night. The fire dept came out and immediately had to shut off the gas. Readings were so high, they ordered me out of my house! All windows and doors had to be open on a rainy night with mosquitos and flys flying in. Cps were called by the Fire Dept, they did a full check and levels were still so high, I had to stay outside until it was safe to go back inside, 45 minutes later. I had a headache that night and all the next day. Note: (When I told the owner that evening upon "the completion" of my insulation, that my carbon monoxide detector wouldnt stop beeping, he DID tell me to call the fire dept which I did......that was a good thing!!!) Did the attic guys work hard? Yes. Isit a messy job? Yes Do I have a good heart? Yes. However, ............ please dont mistake niceness for weakness. NOTE: Make sure eveeything you are promised is in WRITING. IF THE MANAGER SAYS HE IS GOING TO CHECK ON THE PROJECT AT THE END AND HE TEXTS YOU TO SAY HE IS NOT COMING BY, INSIST ON IT, AND IF YOU ARE GETTING PICTURES...OF BEFORE AND AFTER, MAKE SURE THEY ARE OF EVERY ROOM...NOT JUST MORE OF ONE OR 2 ROOMS? BUT EVERY ROOM!! Update: the owner called and offered to redo the room again. And go over any areas missed. I am declining their offer and will hire another company. 5850 for 1006 sq ft. is what I paid for too many holes in my ceiling and a near death experience with carbon monoxide scare. Trust issue is gone.

The technician was through and deep cleaned the ventilation system. He also discovered a growth of mold in the vents and was able to remove that as well. NextGen was affordable and through.
