We called Jacob, who I guess is the owner of the company (he never told me who he was). Jacob said that he would mail us a check for $150 in a few days because of our experience with the technician. It has been over three weeks and numerous phone calls and we still haven't received the check.

When we got the results back for the mold test, they would not explain them and would not answer any phone calls to enlighten us to the results. For an astonishing amount of money we got a piece of paper with a graph that I could have printed in my sixth grade social studies class. And, they would never explain further.....BEWARE OF THESE SHYSTERS! They will never call you back, just take the money and run......
