I've been going to Mid County TSO for over 20 years. After today's visit, I will never go back. The front desk lady, Amber, was so rude. I spoke with the office manager, Pam, but she didn't seem too concerned about fixing the problem. Sad to say, I will be giving my family of fives business to another place because of this. When we walked in there was two workers present. After standing at the counter for about 5 minutes no one said a word. Only after I walked over to casually take a look at frames did the guy come over and told me to sit down. We left and went to Beaumont TSO, where we were immediately greeted with a smile and handed a tray to carry frames I might like. Left a very happy customer after ordering my new glasses. Beaumont on Dowlen TSO is certainly worth the drive. read more

I have been going to this office my entire life. I called today because I'm in a bind with my contacts and the lady on the phone was as rude as it gets. Then she actually proceeded to talk sh*t to me about "well you could keep up with your yearly appointment." Needless to say I'll be finding a new eye doctor. read more

Dr. Cole took the time to REALLY examine my post cataract surgery eyes. He was patient, accurate and willing to look at the problem more than one to make sure my vision was the best it could be. Go there, it is worth the cost. read more

I recently visited TSO for a follow up appointment. I have been at this location for several years. I have always experienced excellent service. The staff is awesome and very professional. The facility is immaculate. I give TSO 5 stars. MY provder is Dr. Jason Cole. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied whether you wear glasses or contact lens. Horrible experience! Even though I have had 2 previous appointments out of this area in the last 3 years that were completely covered by Medicare and I checked with the office to make sure I would be covered before I made an appointment, I was blind sided with a bill for $194 at the end of a standard eye exam. After much shocked discussion and insistence that I would have never have made the appointment with them except for the assurance of my Medicare coverage, the bill was dropped to a still staggering $117. Feel like they clearly took advantage of a senior citizen. BEWARE!!!! read more

Dr. Cole was great! He is very personable and took plenty of time to discuss my exam and answer my questions. Sarah then assisted me in picking out new frames and ordering my new glasses. She was pleasant and very helpful. The entire visit was a great experience!! read more

I have been to TSO many times and they have always been good. On my last visit I saw a new doctor, Dr. Williamson, who is excellent and explained things very well. He was very nice, knowledgeable, thorough and inspired trust. The staff was very good also. read more
