Absolutely not. My son went in for fillings. I declined the nitrous oxide as he didn't need it. Dr. Ratrice Jackson then started to work on his fillings without any numbing agent whatsoever! I saw my son balling up his fist due to being in pain and questioned the reasoning for no numbing agent to which the Dr. Jackson then stopped and placed the numbing agent on my son since I seemed to be bothered by her not using it. She literally started drilling in his mouth. Then Dr. Jackson kept leaving the room for long periods of time. She changed her gloves a total of 4 times.This procedure should not have taken an hour. Now my son is complaining of pain and I have to take him to see another dentist to review the work that she did. I have never in my life had fillings done by a dentist without a numbing agent and the audacity of her to do this is asinine and I will be reporting her. This is a children's dentist office for crying out loud! read more

I am taking my children to a different dental office because the billing department is charging me for a panoramic radiograghic image they told me was covered by my plan. If they had done their work they would have discovered that this is only covered once every 5 years and that my child wasn't covered for another image of this type for another year. Now they are holding me responsible to pay for it even though the office assured me it was covered during the visit. I do not like surprise bills and I cannot trust this office any longer to give me correct information regarding costs. Too bad because the dental services for my kids were good. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE, we have to pay $2000 to fix their negligence. THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVE 5 STAR REVIEWS IS BECAUSE THE THREATEN YOU IF YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. The refused to even look at my sons botched mouth until i removed my review said "sorry your child can't be seen here because you left a bad review" about the dentist. My son got emergency extraction at sache location. Due to the urgency, and the lack of preparation of these facilities, 5 people had to hold him down to extract his tooth. December 2023. The rudest most vile dentist I've ever encountered at Melissa location BOTCHED my sons mouth charged us $2500, on top of the $400 they charged for extraction. After the trauma he endured at Sache location, I went to check on MY 6 YEAR old once. Dentist annoyed, then time went by, I wanted to go check on him again, this dentist had the audacity to say "JESUS CHRIST THIS PARENT" as i was standing at the door. Umm he's 6 years old, if i want to pull up a chair and SIT BESIDE HIM I CAN HE IS A MINOR. And after his traumatizing experience a week prior sorry i wanted to check on my baby. Vile. Disgusting. Oh then she "retired" the next day. This dentist DID NOT DO THE CROWN OR SPACER CORRECTLY they fell out after two weeks. We tried to get him back in ASAP, and every single appt got canceled on their end "We have no dentist available" "There's a emergency" "We have no dentist available" SO SEVEN MONTHS AFTER the neglectful care my son received, they finally got him in. And then told us, it'll be $1000 to replace crown and spacer. Um, no, you've taken over $3000 from us. Your dentist botched my sons mouth, you're not getting another penny for his mouth. So i call, i call, i call, i call probably 20 times, and i ask for a reasonable solution to our sons situation, because it was due to their negligence not ours. And "Promise I'll call you back today by 4pm" Crickets. Call back "oh i promise I'll call you by end of day" Crickets. "Oh I'll call you back at the end of today" JULY 12th IT IS JULY 31ST AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PROMISED PHONE CALL BACK. So, i call, and she tells me "yea, no, we aren't going to fix it" i said "you're literally telling me that you're not going to fix the problem due to the negligence on your doctors behalf? Not ours." Then i ask for a GM, HR, President. "We don't give out that information we can have her call you" Ummm I've been promised phone calls back now for 9 months and have not gotten any back. They are liars. They are neglectful. They will force you to remove reviews. We now have to go through the process of suing to get the money back for the botched work they did. This was not a minor mistake, they completely botched my sons entire mouth up, including his two front teeth. Run. There are no bad reviews because they get them removed. By form of threat. Will tell you "we can't talk to you bc you wrote a bad review" Email i sent. In pictures. No response. WAS MY LAST ATTEMPT OF BEING NICE AFTER 9 MONTHS OF HELL WITH THIS PLACE. Kind of like they would call back the other 20 times I've called since his spacer and crown fell out. The have no "hr number, no dm number" Got a call from COO she's very sweet and nice, but still saying all they are charging us is "cost" for crown and spacer. Aka $400-$700. I found out online they're as cheap as $15.00 so, no resolution, and not being told the truth but at least she's nice. 5 stars for her kindness, -10 for lying. I looked on reputable pediatric dental sites, and shows the cost of the items they need to resolve this solution is no more than $100. So the lies do not stop. It's not ok. You messed up. You fix it, $400-$700 for one crown and one spacer is NOT cost. THEY SENT A CERTIFIED LETTER BECAUSE I LEFT A BAD REVIEW HORRIBLE now they're threatening me bc i called them out. Unethical. Nothing about this review is a lie, you can continue to report it, but my son now has $2000 worth of corrections to be done because of your negligence. read more

First visit today for our 4 year old and 2 year old. Exceptional and friendly service from all techs, assistants & doctor. All very welcoming and took time to talk to my kids as the patients they are. My 4 year old had some X-rays to take and the tech was great at giving explanations and being playful yet professional with her. The doctor took her time to hear out any concerns and addressed them. Everyone Definitely made my girls feel at ease. Office was clean and very kid friendly. Cute prize and sticker at the end along with a new toothbrush. Received a $25 bill for a cancelled appointment that was done a day prior and not 48 hours per office policy. Called in to see if it can be waived and front desk said there's nothing she can do. We have been long time patients and would not have cancelled if there wasn't an emergency. Say good bye to these tiny teeth! read more

Worst experience ever. Took my kids here and my son has cavities but their approach was so harsh. 6 cavities and 6 crowns for a 4 year old? Technician was not gentle towards him when she tried ti take X-rays. I went to Texas Pediatric dentistry in McKinney and had such a night and day experience. They were so amazing. My son wasn't able to sit well for the X-rays but they had other imaging tools that would suffice. As a parent- I would not recommend Texas tiny teeth for kids. read more

Wonderful second visit for our 4-year-old. We visited 6 months ago after a not-so-great visit to our regular dentist. Texas Tiny Teeth is the perfect place for a nervous little one. They take the time to explain every process and make it fun for the child. The decor, seating, and Disney movies make everyone comfortable. Miranda, our assistant, did a wonderful job cleaning the teeth. X-rays were no big deal and were completed with ease. The knowledgeable, friendly staff make it an easy choice to return every 6 months. Dr. James was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The perfect combination in a dentist. If zero stars were an option l would have chosen it. This place does not communicate with their patients and are beyond disorganized. When we showed up for my son's scheduled appointment to get crowns, they informed me that they changed his treatment plan. No call prior, no heads up that my copay will be more or that the dentist that originally scheduled the procedure is gone and a new dentist is doing it instead. We ended up having to reschedule for another date to accommodate the change in treatment. The day of the procedure we were rushed out before my son was fully awake from anesthesia and I was not provided any discharge paperwork. I was also informed that I was going to get a refund, as I overpaid. Fast forward to 1.5 months later when I get a call at 4:11 pm to inform me that I owe over $500 for the procedure and won't be able to bring my son to his scheduled appointment the next morning at 8 am unless I pay the balance. When I asked why I am only being informed now of the balance, I was told they are behind in catching up. Horrible excuse. Don't waste your time with this dentist, they are a mess! read more

Waited 30min for cleaning. Cleaning lasted about 5 min and all that was done was a teeth brushing for my 6yr old. Was expecting more stain removal and flossing but that didn't even happen. Then like all businesses they tried to sell me on treatment. Wasn't a fan for the 2nd visit here. read more

Went for Follow up for my 8 yr old. cleaning was done way too fast less than 2 minutes and it was a really poor job.
