Now I take my teenager and the toddler to clean their teeth almost every three months. To summarize: Staff 5/5 Parking/location 5/5 Hygienists 5/5 Doctors 5/5 Office 5/5 I want to give a shoutout to Mel. Yesterday she was super extra amazing with my little one (who last time she went she screamed the whole time). Yesterday Mel made her feel so comfortable that she actually did amazing and no tears at all. Thank you Mel for going above and beyond with my girls especially with my little one. It meant a lot! This place is always full yet they manage it so well everyone seems to go in and out. The waiting area has a cool fish tank and a room with glowing block for the kids. They have coffee and drinks for the adults. Inside it's divided for the older kids and a small area for the little ones (like mine) with more toys. Then at the end all the kids get to choose a treat from a wall filled with different options of cool toys. Again if you have little ones and you are in the area this is the place to go!!

I had a 2 part deep cleaning completed at this facility which was not cheap that I paid mostly out of pocket for. Going forward I thought I would be receiving regular cleanings which was not the case. After my first regular cleaning I was told it was not a cleaning but was considered periodontic maintenance so it was not covered by my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket. The activities they completed were exactly the same as I've received from other dentists that were considered a cleaning. I asked when paying why it wasn't considered a cleaning and was told all things go forward would always be considered periodontic maintenance and nothing ever from that point would be considered a cleaning as I had a deep clean in the past. I told them I didn't agree with that and they asked if I wanted to speak to someone higher up in the office, the receptionist was very calm about this which tipped me off that this happens all the time. I let them know I would be going elsewhere going forward and cancelled my future appointments.

She explained everything in a way that we could understand and was so incredibly kind to my 10-year-old daughter. The staff was also amazing! Talked directly with my daughter and held her hand through the process (literally). They made sure she was comfortable and even gave her prizes, a popsicle and a blow up balloon animal at the end of everything. After her cleaning was done by her hygienist, the hygienist mentioned changing insurance policy and rates. Upon enquiring at checkout, the receptionist mentioned that our insurance Aetna was dropped by the doctor. My wife proceeded to ask her why she was not informed of that before her appointment with the receptionist answer was that Aetna does offer out of network services and and that my wife should be fine.
